Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in- charge.

Extra for cutting reinforcement bars manually/ by mechanical means in R.C.C. or R.B. work (Payment shall be made on the cross sectional area of R.C.C. or R.B. work) as per direction of Engineerin-charge.

Dismantling dressed stone work ashlar face stone work, marble work or precast concrete work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge : In cement mortar

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all loads including all lifts involved.

Credit for taking away recovered dismantled materials. GI, CI pipes, MS work, MS fitting etc.

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for : Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platform.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for : Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for : Edges of slabs and breaks in floors and walls. Under 20 cm wide

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

Coursed rubble masonry (second sort) with Bela stone in superstructure above plinth level and upto floor five level with : Cement Mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

12 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand)

18 mm cement plaster in two coats under layer 12 mm thick cement plaster 1:5 (1 cement: 5 coarse sand) and a top layer 6 mm thick cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) finished rough with sponge.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm).

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work.

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq.meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead : With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand).

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after .The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineerin-charge .The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose .The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding Note: - This item to be used for maintenance work judicially, necessary deduction for scaffolding in the existing item to be done.

Repairs to vertical, horizontal and diagonal internal and extranal sides of walls by chip out the crack in " V " groove, clean all the debris & loose partial, prewet the surface and fill with " CRACKSEAL" mortar of FAIR MATE Chemicals PVT Ltd. or equivalent Mixing with water and Applying suggested in Manufacturers specification and finished top surface with white cement putty to obtain smooth surface to match with existing surface etc. all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. (A ) "V "groove from size 6 mm x 6 mm and up to 15 mm x 15 mm size.

Providing and repairing the damaged RCC members by laying 50 mm to 100 mm thick cement concrete of mix CC 1:1.5:3 (1 cement :1.5 fine sand :3 graded stone aggregate 6 mm nominal size) The repairs work includes all items mentioned below but excluding the cost of reinforcement and scaffolding/working platform require for the work. The work shall be executed as specified below in order of their applications:- (A) SUPPORTS : After identified and approved defective area of cement concrete surface from the Engineer -in-charge. The members to be repairs as well as members secondary to it shall properly be supported by means of props etc. The props so provided should be adequate to provide sufficient structural supports to the structure as a whole. (B) SURFACE PREPARATION : All the spalled /weak cracked concrete shall be removed by chipping with help of suitable mechanical tools or with help of suitable mechanical tools or any other methods as approved by the Engineer-in-charge and cut nearly and carefully around the perimeter of the reinforcing bar to a minimum depth of 20 mm exposed them fully. (C) CLEANING OF REINFORCEMENT : The exposed reinforcing bars including lateral ties/stirrups shall be cleaned thoroughly to remove all the rust /corrosion etc. using emry paper /wire brush/ cloth with rust removing compound like "KEMRUSCON" or equivalent as per the manufacturer's specifications and as approved and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. (D) PROVIDING AND APPLYING PRIMER TO REINFORCING BARS : The exposed cleaned, old/ new reinforcing bars shall be painted with two coats of "KEMREBARCOAT-331" or equivalent as per the manufacturer's specification such that it shall be provided a continuous film around the reinforcement bars. Proper care shall be taken that rear portion of the bars shall taken that rear portion of the bars shall not be left over without priming coating. (E) PROVIDING FIXING AND REMOVING FORM WORK : Providing, assembling (with provision of concrete into ) and placing in position slurry type (duly tested for ) and strong form work which can withstand pressure of the concrete without distortion and removal of form work after completion of work as per time schedule etc. all as agreed and directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (F) APPLYING CEMENT SLURRY : Applying cement slurry mixed chemical bond "KEMBOND-AR" or equivalent as per the manufacturer's specifications for developing bond between old and new surface as per manufacturer's surface as per manufacturer's specification and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. (G) PROVIDING AND LAYING CEMENT CONCRETE Cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1 cement :1.5 fine sand: 3 graded stone aggregate 6 mm nominal size ). The prepared surface first of all shall be cleaned and soaked with clean water. The concrete mix 1: 1.5 :3 (1 cement : 1.5 fine sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 6 mm nominal size) admixed with "KEMBOND SBR" or equivalent as per the manufacturer's specification Cement concrete prepared and poured /apply as per the direction of Engineer -in-charge. NOTE:- 1) All the materials, labours T & P etc. required for the above operations but excluding the cost of working platform and scaffolding etc. 2) It includes all necessary safety measures for the labour with necessary insurance etc all as per rules and regulations.
