Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls or from concrete surface including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, and removing unserviceable material outside cantt area, complete all as specified. Note :- Work will be carried out upto 2nd storey of bldgs also as per pirection of Engr-in-charge including necessary formwok and scaffolding required as per site conditions & no extra payment shall be made on this account.

Rendering 10+5 mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete surface walls in two layers, in cement mortar 1:4 , rendering is to be finished even and fair without using extra cement (up to 2nd storey with necessary scaffolding) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L Rendering cement plaster, 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick/concrete surfaces of wall in cement mortar 1:6 finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement complete all as specified.

Rendering 5 mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete surface ceilings, in cement mortar 1:3 , rendering is to be finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) ground floor to second floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level ) and removing the rubbish from the work site out side defence premises complete all as specified.

Rendering 15mm thck in CM 1:3 or Plain Cement Concrete as in sunken floors without extra cement on walls/floors and including mixing of water proofing compound (WPC shall be measured and paid separately), compete all as specified.

Cleaning of dust removal to all loose existing sunken floor any material manually and with heat tark gun to get smooth plain finished surface including removing of vegetation/plantation with no loose material on surface. Repair all joints and cracks with highly elastic bituminous cold applied putty of tarplasic having penetration after setting upto 8mm. Levelling of surface to give proper slope will be done as per site requirements with Shalipatch or euqivalent make of approved by GE cold applied.Bituminous mortar and cold emulsion cum water proofing liquid of Shalikote-T-10 or equavalent make as approved by GE, created SSD condition on surface with water. Prime the surface with Tarfelt LM or equivalent make as approved by GE mixed with portable water in the ratio of 1:1 and apply @ 400gm per Sqm (as per surface condition). Apply first coat of Tarfelt LM or equivalent make as approved by GE having alongwith 200% conforming to ASTM-C-412 & having crack bridging of 8mm conforming to ASTM-C-836 with tensile strength after 7 days 0.50mm conforming to ASTM-C-412 with no diluation water on primed surface while the surface is still tacky with consumption of 700gm /Sqm. Apply 2nd coat on cured first coat with consumption @ 700gm/Sqm in opposite direction of 1st coat by brush or roller. Allow it to dry for 10-12 hrs after apply 3rd coat with consumption @ 700gm/Sqm. Ensure final curing time of 36 hrs before allowing/carrying out any further work. Conduct ponding test after minimum 7 days applying 2 coats of U V Resistand Elastomeric Exterior Axcrylic weather resistant water proof coating of Shalicryl - 215 or eauivalent make as approved by GE having elongation of 300% after curing of 14 days conforming to ASTM D-6083, for U V protection of bituminous Elastomeric Acrylic emulsified liquid membrance of Tarfelt LM or equivalent make as approved by GE to give long life and prevent its deterioration from sunlight. Note : Application of water proofing treatment will be done by authorised applicator only.

M&L Cement concrete type E-2, 1:5:10 ( 40 mm graded agregate) in Sunkan filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Emgr-in-charge.

M&L 40 mm dia G I tubing heavy grade galvanised laid over floors as a spout pipe in sunken floors all as specified.

Supply only Water proofing compound liquid.
