Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors & wall, laid bedded & pointed in any mortar.

M & L for 25 mm thick cement concrete in flooring type B0, 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded stone aggregate) for laying floor tiles.

M&L for Virified Ceramic tiles 9 to 10 mm thick light shade (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm,as in floors etc set over and including high performence adhesive manufactured by somani ezifix tile adhesive or equivalent mixed in cement as per manufacturer instruction and jointed with polymer modified cementetious grout manufactured by somani ezy grout or equivalnet of pigment matching to tile color including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick for laying floor finishes with CM 1:6 (Tile pattern and decoration may be as suggested by Engineer-in-charge).

M&L for Virified Ceramic tiles 9 to 10 mm thick light shade (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, as in skirting etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including backing coat 10 mm thick in CM 1:3 compelte all as specified and directed.

M & L for 18 to 20 mm thick machine cut green marbel stone in single piece as in steps and risers, landings, jambs, pillars, window cills, and like laid over cement screed and jointed with base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing including rounding of edges complete including 10 mm thick plastering with cement mortar 1 : 3 including necessary adhesive complete all as specified

Dismantling existing aluminium partition including glass panels (if any), door frames, shutters, fixed/ sliding components, hardware fittings, and supports, stacking the serviceable materials as directed, and disposing of unserviceable materials/debris outside the site premises as per instructions, all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

S&F of Powder coated aluminium frame for doors, windows, ventilators with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc. complete all as specified

S&F Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) for shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/ pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket required with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket,locking of shutter etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge.
