| 3.00The agency have to obey Terms & Conditions and Scope of work for lift operation: | ||||||
| 3.01The Agency will depute lift Operator(s) /Attendant (s) having valid lift operating license issued by the licensing Board of Govt. of West Bengal. Or competent authority of other state. | ||||||
| 3.02The Agency shall have to prepare a duty Roster of the lift Operator(s)/Attendant(s) at the begining of every month, or as directed from time to time, A copy of the said duty roster, duly signed by all the lift Operators/Attendance, should be submitted to the concerned JE/AE. | ||||||
| 3.03The lift operator(s)/Attendant should report the concerned JE/AE periodically, regarding the condition of lift observing outside of the lift i.e all landing call button, COP button, landing Door, Hooter, control switches, Emergency Lamp, including safety Devices, any abnormal sound. | ||||||
| 3.04In case of any trouble occurs/ the lift malfunctions, the attendant should attend immediately to rescue the passenger , In case of any major problem, the lift is to be switched "OFF" and he should report the same to the concerned JE / AE immediately as well as to the concerned Agency in charge of comprehensive maintenance contract. | ||||||
| 3.05The labour rates are including PF, ESI, Bonous etc as per very recent order of Labour department, Govt of West Bengal. Agency have to submit original ESI & PF deposit certificate along with Electronics Challan cum Return of each worker to respective JE during rise of bill. | ||||||
| 3.06The lift Operator(s)/ Attendant(s) should record his daily attendance in a register, supplied by the agency, duly countersigned by the concerned JE in a regular frequency. | ||||||
| 3.07The Lift Operator(s)/Attendant(s) should record his signature in the Log-Book provided to him by the agency all details of operations, as per prescribe Performa and the said Log-Book should be checked and signed by the Junior Engineer/Assistant Engineer concerned, forthwith in case failure etc. and the at least fortnightly in case routine duties. | ||||||
