Excavation in foundation trenches etc. in earth work lift up to 1.5 mtrs. Stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 metres away from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15 cm layers when required in to plinth and sides of foundations, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming , watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed with in a lead of 20 metres in :- Pick work 20%,Jumper work 30%, Chiselling work (hard rock) 25% & Chiselling in soft rock 25%.

Providing, laying, jointing and testing in trenches ISI marked centrifugally cast (spun) Ductile iron pressure pipes for water, gas and sewage with socket and spigot ends conforming to IS-8329-2000 and latest with up to date ammendments in length of 5 to 6.00 mtrs. class K7 suitable for push on joint (rubber gastek D-jointing) including short pieces, collars with cement mortar lining in side the pipes with outside zinc coating as per IS-8329-2000. (Earth work in trenches to be measured and paid for separately).

Providing Tyton (Push on joints) to ductile iron pipes and fittings including testing of joints and cost of tyton rubber ring (SBR quality) conforming to IS: 12820-1989 latest with uptodate ammendments.

Providing Tyton Y-junction for ductile iron pipes and fittings including testing of joints IS: 12820-1989 latest with uptodate ammendments.

Providing Tyton PLug for ductile iron pipes and fittings including testing of joints IS: 12820-1989 latest with uptodate ammendments.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8( 1cement:4sand:8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1.5 :3 ( 1cement: 1.5 sand: 3graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size )and curing complete excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement in:-

Foundation , footing basis of columns & the like and mass concrete complete in all respect and as per the direction of Enginer-in-Charge

b) Walls(any thickness but ot less than 0.1 mtr thickness) attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses etc. from top of foundation level up to floor two level.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 ( 1cement:2 sand: 4graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size )and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in:-

Foundation , footing basis of columns & the like and mass concrete complete in all respect and as per the direction of Enginer-in-Charge

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15 mm thick welded with angle iron frames 30x30x5 mm so as to give fair finish including centering ,shuttering, propping etc. height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 meters and removal of the same for-in-situ reinforced concrete and plaiin concrete work in:-

I) Vertical surface such as walls(any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pillasters, butteresses, plinth and string courses and the like.

Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended fioors roofs landing and the like . Floors etc up to 200mm in thickness. complete in all respect and as per the entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3 ( 1cement:1.5 sand: 3graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size )and curing complete excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement in:-

Suspended floor ,roofs, lendings and shalves and thier suports balconies,beem griders and bressumers and cantiliver upto floor two level complete with in all leads and lifts as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing mild/ tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending, binding and placing in position complete up to floor two level.

Providing and fixing SFRC manhole cover ( extra heavy duty circular ) 560mm dia with frame ( 560 to 600 mm ) M-17010013 (EHD-35 ) in all Lead and Lifts and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.
