M&L for Taking down existing damaged IWC/EWC alongwith complete PCC and lime concrete from sunken floor and providing new IWC and water proofing treatment to sunken floor as per following stages :- (i) 15mm thick plastering in CM (1:2) with WPC at all around and base of sunken floor with proper slope. (ii) Applying a coat of 85/25 Grade hot bitumen @ 0.7Kg/Sqm over a coat of bituminous primer @0.5Kg/Sqm and then pasteing of polythene film, 150 micron, natural colour with cold cut back adhessive. (iii) Fixing of 25mm dia GI pipe (med Gde) spout of length 45 cm. (iv) S&F of vitreous china squatting pan,"ORISSA" pattern,size 580mmx440mm white with integral footrest,' P'or 'S' trap etc including PVC low level flushing cistern of 10 ltr capacity with all fittings such as flush pipe brackets including taking down old one and providing lime concrete or cement concrete to fill up the sunken floor in PCC (1:4:8) Type D2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone Aggregate) after testing of water tightness complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick walls incl racking out joints, hacking key & scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor,hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding, removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Roughening the surface of old concrete floor by picking ,sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc and brusing neat cement slurry with 3kg per sq metre complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 on brick or concrete surfaces for fixing of tiles as in floor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10mm thick Screed bed in CM 1:3 on brick or concrete surfaces for fixing of tiles as in dado or skirting complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Non-skid Ceramic jointless colour tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Anodised aluminium ventilator shutters,fixed type without sash bar, aluminium section weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats,glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws etc incl taking down old steel window complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 15mm bore CP health faucet with 8mm dia 1.2m long flexible tube and hook complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections including for refixing or removal 15mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Refixing old steel tubing 20mm bore and connections in new or old position (Walls,ceiling,floors,etc complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Tubing shall be obtained from item No-15.00 here-in-above.

Dismantling and breakingup drain pipes AC /CI /PVC Pipes set in cement mortar 100mm/75mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls 110mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Factory made solid panel pvc door shutter with chowkhats 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S.tubes for top & bottom rails.M.S.frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC "C" channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S.frame welded/sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined to gether with solvent cement, suppling & fixing in the frame at site as per specification & drawing complete all as specified and directed.
