OD1337/2025-2026:Applying corrosion inhibitor one coat of nitozinc / approved equivalent make primer (two component system based on metallic zinc and epoxy resin and shall be mixed until a homogenous mixture is obtained) on the cleaned and dried reinforcing bar using a small paint brush such that the zinc rich primer coated should make an unbroken continuous film on the bars. ( If in doubt of having achieved an unbroken coating, a second application should be made as soon as the first coat is fully dry). After drying the treated surface, apply one coat of bonding agent Nitobond A R/SBR. Measurement is made for whole exposed area including cost of materials, labour charges, conveyance of materials to site, hire charges of tools etc complete.
