SCHEDULE "A" PART - I [CIVIL WORKS]

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not other wise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: Cutting / separating of reinforcement paid and measured separately under relevant item

M&L for Cutting / separating, scraping and cleaning of reinforcement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: Demolition of concrete measured and paid separately under relevant item

Demolition of un-reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking up or down steel tubing 20mm bore of pipe of any grade and connections including cleaning for refixing or removal to store or material taken back by contractor through credit complete all as specified and directed.

Surface excavation n. exc. 30cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation over areas n. exc. 1.5m deep for foundations, beams, Pile caps and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation over areas exc. 1.5m and n. exc. 3.0m deep for foundations, beams, Pile caps and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per Item No.1.007 here-in-before but exc. 3.0m and n. exc. 4.5m in depth.

Excavation in trenches n. exc. 1.5m wide and n. exc.1.5m in depth for foundations, shafts, wells, manholes, pier holes , laying of under ground cables or pipe etc., n exc 10 sq m on plan and getting out in soft/loose soil all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per Item No.1.010 here-in-before but exc. 1.5m and n. exc. 3m in depth.

Excavation in trenches n. exc. 1.5m wide and n. exc.1.5m in depth for foundations, shafts, wells, manholes, pier holes , laying of under ground cables or pipe etc., n exc 10 sq m on plan and getting out in hard/dense soil all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Use and waste of timbering (Whole of the timbering to a face Exc. 3 m & n exc. 5 m deep) as planking and strutting for excavations in trenches in soil, including wales, struts, open poling boards, etc. as may be necessary and fixing and removal complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Returning, filling in including, spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n. exc. 25cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for drilling or boring for 600mm nominal dia. bored cast-in-situ piles, through any or all types of strata i.e soft/loose soil, stiff clay, gravel, cobble stone, compact moorum, soft conglomerate or loose boulders, disintegrated rock, weathered rocks etc., (except hard rock for socketing depth) upto top of socketing depth/founding depth by adopting suitable method with perennial water and disposal of drilling/bored materials to a distance exc. 10.0km and n.exc 15.0km and depositing where directed complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per Item No.1.015 here-in-before but through hard rock for founding minimum 2D (Where D is dia of pile) Mtr depth for 600mm dia. nominal dia piles.

Notes for Item Nos. 1.015 and 1.016: (i) The depth of boring for piles shall be measured from existing ground/bed level/river bed top (as per soundings/reduced levels taken at the commencement of work) to the approved founding level. (ii) It shall be ensured that the waste bentonite slurry/ drilled or bored material is pumped off from the premises to locations shown by GE by contractor at his own cost. The distance mentioned in description of item shall be the shortest distance from the centre of the building. (iii) All channels/tanks made for bentonite circulations shall be filled with approved moorum obtained by contractor at his cost after clearing all bentonite cakes. (iv) The contractor may use any approved method as approved by GE for boring without any extra cost to the Govt. The rates for boring of piles shall be inclusive of any method/ casing that may be used by the contractor for bored piles. Nothing extra shall be paid. (v) For the purpose of payment of boring/drilling, description of hard rock shall be as given in particular specification. (vi) The size of cutting tool shall not be less than diameter of pile by more than 75 mm. (vii) The rates quoted by the contractor shall be inclusive of the rates for the shifting and setting up of piling rig as many times as required.

Removing demolished building materials/ debris etc (other than soil obtained from earth work) to a distance exc 10.0km and n.exc 15.0km beyond the lead included in the rates including loading and unloading and depositing outside the MD land at GVMC designated places complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- Definition of load shall be as per section 21 of SSR Part-I.

Removal of excavated material to a distance exc. 10.0 Km but n. exc. 15.0 Km and depositing where directed complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Notes:- (i) Tenderer shall finalise GVMC designated places before quoting the tender. If designated place may be varied during execution, no claim shall be entertained on this account. (ii) Approval if any to be obtained from GVMC for dumping the excavated material of GVMC designated places, the same shall be obtained by the contractor. Nothing extra shall be paid on this ground.

M&L for Sand filling in floors or pavings or in foundations laid in layers n.exc. 15cm thick spread, levelled and rammed including watering complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for hardcore of gauge n. exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n. exc. 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface using broken stone all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for moorum/red bajri filling in floors or pavings or in foundations, brought from outside MD land of any lead, laid in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Anti termite treating the backfill in contact with the plinth beam at the rate of 7.5 litres of emulsion per square metre of vertical surface (Area of the sub structure in contact with backfill to be measured) with approved chemical and complete all as specified and as directed by engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Anti termite treating the soil under plinth protection at the rate of 5 litres of emulsion per square metre of surface area with approved chemical and complete all as specified and as directed by engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Anti termite treating the soil along with external perimeter of the building at the rate of 2.25 litres of emulsion per metre of the perimeter of building with approved chemical and complete all as specified and as directed by engineer-in-Charge. Note for 1.023 to 1.025: Only approved chemical shall be used as per IS 6313 (Part-2): 2013 and applicators of ATT are registered by the Pest Control Association of India (PCAI)/ Indian Pest Control Association (IPCA)

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded Granite stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling, mass concrete etc. complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded Granite stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling, mass concrete and underneath pile caps, suspended flooring/slab, beams, plinth protection, surface channels, drains etc. complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC type C1 1:3:6 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in cast in situ in lintels up to 1.5m span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, parapets, copings, benching/ haunching, bed plates, roof padding and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating and including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for providing precast cement concrete (RCC) 1:2:4 type B1 (20mm granite graded stone aggregate) in cover slabs for manholes/drains, chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves, baffle wall and similar articles set in CM 1:4 with plain fair faces, including necessary formwork etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of schedule 'A'

M&L for reinforced cement concrete (Ready mix concrete) by design mix M-40 grade (Using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in bore holes using portland slag cement and admixture Auramix 400 of fosroc/Smartcare maximo plast PX range of Asian paint or equivalent approved make for piles in tremie method including necessary dewatering, formwork, concrete mixed in RMC plant, transporting, placing, compacting, vibrating etc., complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete of grade M-40 (Design mix using 20mm graded stone aggregate) using ready mix concrete including supply and mixing of admixtures, as in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams, plinth beams, bases for columns, pile caps, suspended floor beams & slabs, plinth protection, basement slabs, under-reamed piles etc. using portland slag cement and handling, conveyance, errection with alignment in true position complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No.1.031 here-in-before but slab supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, duct slab and in shelves and the like.

S&F factory made solid PVC door frame of size 50 mm x47 mm made out of 5 mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube supply and fix in openings as per specification and drawing.

S&F Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded / sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, supplying & fixing in the frame at site as per specification & drawing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

S&F 150mm long aluminium, anodised barrel tower bolts of extruded section complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for reinforcement in any situation using Corrosion resistant TMT steel bars of grade Fe-500D, 10mm dia. and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia. or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for framed work such as grills, gratings,etc. with ends of bars, shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladder, framed baluster, walk ways, railings, framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In -Charge.

Material and labour for structural glazing with 6mm thick coloured structural reflective glass, aluminium transom bar/frame(61.5 X 56 X 2.6mm), 48x93 LG bolt, nuts & washers, structural silicon seal with double layer face etc., all as shown in Arch drawing No. DGNP/WD-1974 sheet No 16/22 dated 26 Mar 2018 with revisions and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for providing and installing MS liner for bored cast-in-situ concrete piles with necessary stiffeners , driving shoe with continuous welding including cutting, bending welding etc. confirming to Fe-410-W (Gde E-250 Quality BR/B0) including applying one coat of primer with two coats of EPOXY based anticorrosive treatment as per the manufacturer's instruction all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Notes:- (i) Rate shall be inclusive of cutting the liner at cut off level. The rate is deemed to include for cutting, removal and salvage value of the material so obtained. (ii) MS liner shall be driven upto refusal level or -10.00mtr level whichever is lesser irrespective what shown in the drawing, the occurrence of refusal level will be decided by GE at site based on visual inspection of bailer samples from pile bore hole, past experience and laboratory test result. The decision of GE in this regard will be final and binding. (iii) MS liner will be measured and paid up to the cut off level only of pile . Additional MS liner if used for convenience of construction shall be included in the rates quoted. No extra shall be paid separately on this account.

S&F factory made aluminium powder coated frame for doors, partitions, windows and ventilators with one or more rebates of extruded built up standard tubular and other section of approved make according to IS 1868 (Thickness or powder coating not less than 50 micron).) fixed with rawal plugs, aluminium anodised screws or fixing with clamps or with expansion hold fasteners including necessary filling up of gaps of junctions at top and bottom and sides with required PVC/neoprene felt etc. Aluminium sections should be smooth, rust free, straight mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, PVC/Neoprene gasket for glazing, panelling, aluminium anodised screws etc. complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F factory made powder coated aluminium door shutters, sections weight not less than 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber neoprene packing and powder coated aluminium snap beading screws complete all as specified. (thickness of powder coating not less than 50 micron) as per architectural drawings and complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Only aluminium shutter for the doors shall be measured in sqm. All the aluminium fittings/fixtures such as butt hinges, tower bolts, handles etc, Pre-laminated particle board and sheet glass shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items

S&F factory made powder coated aluminium sliding/ side hung type window/ ventilator shutters without sash bars, section weighing not less than 0.55 Kg/RM with extruded built up standard tubular and other sections of approved make according to IS (thickness of powder coating not less than 50 micron) including necessary glazing clips weighing not less than 0.124 Kg/RM, for fixing sheet glass anodised aluminium fitting/fixture such as required number of rollers of suitable size, interlocking cleats/plates etc as required for complete fixing window shutters as per architectural drawings and complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Only aluminium shutter for the windows/ ventilators shall be measured in sqm. Sheet glass and hard ware such as butt hinges, tower bolts, handles etc, shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items

S&F factory made aluminium powder coated decorative grill for doors and windows with one or more rebates including jointing cleats/beading 'U' or 'H' channel for fixing etc. complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & filling weather structural non sag elastomeric PU sealent over backer rod of approved quality to the gap between aluminium/ stone/ wood frame and adjacent RCC/ Brick/ Stone/ Wood/ Ceramic/ gypsum work as per architectural drawings and complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for factory made steel rolling shutters, push pull or manual type with ball bearing with bevel gear box and crank handle, as specified including top cover, anchoring rod, hasp and staple and one shop coat of primer, erected in position as indicated, thickness of laths 1.25 mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Safety lever locks mild steel with 4 levers for rolling shutters complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for a coat of bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.1 Kg/Sqm to finish the roof treatment complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for hydraulically pressed cement concrete tiles of size 200mmx200mmx20mm confirming to IS 1237-1980 as in roof treatment, set in CM1:3 laid over 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Supply of WPC will be measured and paid for separately.

M&L for 12mm thick pre-laminated particle board interior grade pre-laminated on both sides with decorative choice lamination and fixed in aluminium partitions/doors with aluminium glazing clips complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix suspended ceiling of gypsum board of 12/12.5mm thick conforming to IS with GI perimeter channel of size 20 x 30 x 27 x 0.9mm (having one flange of 20mm and another flange of 30mm and web 27mm) along perimeter of ceiling, screwed fixed to wall with help of nylon sleeves and screws of 610mm centre to centre suspending GI infemedia techchannels of size 15 x 45 x o.9mm thick ( two flanges of 15mm each and web 45mm) from the soffit 1200 mm centre to centre both ways with ceiling angle soffit cleat of size 27 x 37 x 25 x 1.6mm thick fixed to soffit with rawl plug. Ceiling section of 90 x 25 x 5mm fixed to the intermediate channels with the help of connecting clip 2.64mm dia and in direction perpendicular to the intermediate channel at 365 mm centre fixing gypsum board with screws 250 mm centre to centre including jointing compound joint paper tape and drywall top coat and all as specified and shown on drawing No. DGNP/TD/211 sheet 1/1 and as per manufacturers instructions.

M&L For wall panelling consisting of board of size 1200 mm X2400 mm with Gypsteel Ultra of Gyproc Gyptone Quattro41,16% perforation area of board and hole size of 12 mm thick Gyptone Sixto 63 board of size 1200 mm X 2400 mm, 15% perforation area and perforation of 12 mm hexagonal with accoustic tissue having NRC 0.6-0.75 including frame work made of roll formed GI Sheet with powder coating consisting of Gypsteel Ultra floor and ceiling having equal flanges of 32 mm and 0.5mm thick, fixed to the wall spacing of 610 mm centre to centre with dash fastener of 12 mm length(or) suitable anchor fastener (or) metal screws with nylon steel Ultra studs 48 mm wide having one flange of 34 mm and 0.50mm thick fixed vertically with in flanges of floor and placed at a spacing of 600 mm centre to centre including fixing of partition fixed flush to walls with suitable anchor fastener nylon plugs at spacing of 450 mm centre to centre and fixing Gyptone Quattro 41 board of size 1200mm X 2400mm having four perforation area of board and hole size of 12 mm square shape gyptone Sixto 63 board of size 1200mm X 2400 mm having four perforation area and perforation of 12 mm hexagonal dia shape plastic tissue having NRC 0.6 to 0.75 by 25 mm long dry wall and ceiling channels at the spacing of 300 mm centre to centre of tiles are finished to a flush finish with recommended coating tape, angle beads at corners (125mm X 25mm X 0.5mm) two coats of primer suitable for board as per Saint Gobain specifications. Providing glass wool of 48 kg per Cum of required thickness can be wall and board between the studs to get the higher sound proof complete all as per specifications of manufacturers and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make: Armstrong(Gyproc wall lining systems) or equivalent approved make.”

M&L for 18 to 20mm thick polished granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished ) as in floors, steps, jambs, pillars sides, window cills , cooking/WHB platforms and like in 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite and complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Extra for chamfer, splays or arris in face work to granite slab/kota stone, exc 15mm but not exc 50mm wide and complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab 18 to 20mm thick as in floors over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 1.087 here-in-before but work on vertical surfaces such as in skirtings and risers of steps etc.

M&L for 150mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded granite stone aggregate) as in sub base of floor all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 40mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5mm graded hard granite stone aggregate) as in floor, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 75mm thick plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20mm graded hard granite stone aggregate) as in plinth protection, finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- The plinth protection shall be laid in panels and length of the each panel shall not be more than 2.00 mtr all as directed. 6mm construction joints to be provided and joints filled with 85/25 grade bitumen and sand (1:3 ratio) shall be provided. No deduction for joints shall be made while making payment against the above item.

M&L for coloured glazed ceramic tiles 300X450X7 mm thick/300x600x7 to 8mm thick, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement in vertical surfaces such as skirting/dado etc., all as specified and directed
