Supply, Install, Testing and commissioning LT distribution Panel (Outdoor Type) with design conforming to IS, suitable size, factory made, CPRI Approved double door, Cubical type, Compartmentalized design, back door, openable, fabricated out of 3.15mm thick CRCA steel sheet, weather / dust / vermin proof, suitable spaced totally enclosed in chamber, earthing arrangement, locking arrangement with one no lock with duplicate key duly painted with powder coated paint having danger notice boards and earthing terminals on both sides and including providing the following items incl connection of all incoming and outgoing cables using suitable size lugs and glands, Spreader terminal set, control wiring, necessary PCC 1:3:6 in foundation and made out of 50 mm x 50 mm x 6 mm angle iron grouted at ground above 30 cm from ground level comprising of the following etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge on cable trench if required with base channels as required complete in all respect all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge including comprising of following items :-

M&L for extending the existing LT panel board through LT XLPE 400 Sq mm 3.5 core cable at LT substation near AC plant substation with 2.0 mm thick CRCA sheet Factory made Indoor type totally enclosed weather dust and vermin proof as per IS , CPRI Approved, with front and rear opening suitable locking arrangement with necessary with necessary supporting insulators so as to match with the existing LT panel board/Distribution panel by connecting to existing bus bar by using rigid copper bus bar by opening the one side of existing panel /bus bar including necessary supporting frame /channel fix through existing cable trench from ground with comprising of the followings:- (a) MCCB 400 Amp ,50KA, Ics-100% of Icu -01 No

M&L for XLPE insulated, armoured, heavy duty electric Cable of size 400 sq mm 3.5 core with aluminium conductor, 1100 Volts grade, in trenches/fixed on wall of following cross-sectional area complete all as specified and as directed. Note (i) Rate include the cost of lug of proper size and cable gland

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr deep and 1.5 mtr width as in Hard dense soil soil complete all as specified. Note: NO JCB Excavation is permitted for earth work.

Returning filling incl leveling watering and well ramming in layer not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified

Removal of surface soil to a distance n.exc 50 m and deposited where directed at a level n. exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete

S & L for riddled earth /sand for cushioning for cable protection in trenches 8 cm before laying cable and 15 cm deep over the cable complete ( Note: Punned thickness shall be taken for measurement)

M & L for laying LV unreinforced precast concrete cable cover but Type 2, flat, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for removing the hard Standing/Cutting floor inside the Substaion /E/M Installations / Path for laying of cables of any size complete all as specified.

M & L for PCC 1:4:8 Type D2 40 mm graded aggregate complete for making good to the excavated portion of Road/Hard Standing at road crossing etc complete.

M& L for LT cable route indicator for under ground cable indication all as specified.

Supply and lay in trenches/fixed on wall 80 mm bore GI tubing light grade with necessary fittings such as bend, tee, elbow etc complete for the following sizes for protection of LT UG cable.

Material & Labour for earthing with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 600 mm x 600 mm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below the ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, connected to the galvanised earth lead by means of bolts, nuts check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel using GI strip 25x5 mm as earthing lead connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion including necessary excavation and earth work in soft/loose soil, returning filling, disposal of surplus soil, earth pit in PCC 1:3:6 Type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate pit, funnel, 20mm dia, 2.7 mtr long GI medium grade watering pipe, 40mm dia GI light grade earth lead protection pipe, CI frame and cover, wire, copper lugs etc mesh, charcoal and common salt in alternate layer complete including removal of old u/s earth earth plates all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing 25x5mm GI strip on surface or in recess/ inside cable trench for connections , with supporting insulator fixed on wall from earth test point complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge.
