REPAIRS TO DRAINAGE, CURVERT AND CERTAIN REPAIR MISC WORKS AT KATIHAR MIL STN UNDER AGE (I) KATIHAR

Demolition of brick work or rubbled stone masonry including all quoins, arches , pillars etc built in cement mortar including disposing off the retrieved debris outside the premises, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc and including removal of debris and rubbish from the site outside the premises, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in surface channels and drains, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in copings, roof kerbs, staging of water tank, etc, including necessary formwork, weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Brickwork with fly ash Bricks, old size of class bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in Cement morter (1:4), complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 5 above but except bricks ie. using serviceable bricks retrived from item no.1 here-in-before.

De-silting and cleaning by taking ut mud/sludge, vegetation growth etc, from drain beds of any depth in foul conditon and confined places, getting out and removing the mud/sludge to a distance exc 250m and n exc 500 m and deposited where directed with and including taking of drain covers and refixing the same after cleaning/de- silting of mud/sludge of any description/ siz. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM (1:4) on brick work or concrete surfaces finsihed even and smooth (without using extra cement) mixed with water proofing compound and polyster tringular fibre as per manufacturer instructions, complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- WPC and polyster tringular fibre shall be measured and paid seperately.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only polyester triangular fibres as secondary reinforcement in all types of concrete and mortars , complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in trenches n.exc. 1.50m wide and n.exc 1.50m in depth for foundation, laying of cable, pipe etc and n.exc 10Sqm on plan & not exc 1.5m in depth for manhole etc and getting out in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick with soil etc complete all as specified and directed

Removing excavated material to a distance not exc 50.00 mtr and depositng where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the stating point, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete in foundation filling and mass concrete type D2 (1:4:8) using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregates, complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) of any description & in any position, not otherwise specifically provided for, including disposing off the retrieved debris outside the premises, complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75mm thick plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in sub base of flooring finish even and rough to receive to top layer, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for factory fabricated Hydraulically machine pressed cement concrete chequered tiles of size 300x300X25mm thick (with grey cement and pigment), set in neat cement slurry including provision of 15mm thick cement screed bedding layer in CM (1:6), tiles joints shall be grouted and immediately after grouting, the joints shall be pointed flush in CM (1:3) mixed with pigments to match the colour of the Tiles (in separate process), complete all as specified and directed.
