PLASTERING : Rendering 12mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces-1:4 Cement mortar-all as specified and directed.

CHALK WHITENING : M&L - Chalk whitening of plastered surfaces as preparatory to distempering on wall surfaces, complete all as specified & directed.

PRIMER : Priming plastered and other surfaces with alkali resistant priming paint. Make : Asion/Dulux - all as specified and directed .

WHITEWASH ON CEILINGS : M&L - White washing on ceilings- on old decorated surfaces- including preparation of surfaces – ONE coat of White Wash-complete all as directed.

WHITEWASH ON WALLS : M&L - White washing on Walls – on old decorated surfaces- including preparation of surfaces - TWO coats of White wash - complete all as directed.

PLASTIC EMULSION PAINT: Rendering plastic emulsion painting on old surfaces- including preparation surfaces on walls- TWO coats of plastic emultion paint-complete all as directed. Make: Asian -Apcolite / Dulux-promise.

OBD : M&L - Rendering Oil Bound Distempering on old surfaces -including preparation of surfaces on walls - TWO Coats of OBD - complete all as directed. Make : Asian-tractor Uno / Berger-Butterfly / Indigo-gold.

External weather proof painting on walls : Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic weather proof emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over surfaces. all as specified and directed, Brand : Asian apex, Berger weather shield, Nerolac Rain coat.
