Attending day to day complaint and breakdown and 24 hrs call on repair for No-light, circuit fault, non-functional of fan/light/switch/socket/regulator, frequent tripping of MCBs/MCCBs, realingnment/refixing of loose conduit/casing capping upto 5 mtr by providing minimum 01 electrician and 01 helper during the complete work period all as specied and directed. Note :- Work to be measured as unit specified. Contractor shall not claim for outsourcing. Work is to be carried out till rectification. Any material as in this schedule shall be measured as applicable. Required screws, saddles, nuts, bolts, insulation tapes shall be provided by the contractor. Complaint shall be collected from Online complaint cell or through voice call from JE E/M or Engr-in-chrge and to be rectified within 2 hours else recovery shall be made double the quoted rate.

Taking down and Refixing of loose conduit/casing capping cable wiring of size upto 16sqmm all as specified and as directed

M&L for dismantling & taking out ceiling fan of 1200mm sweep from its position ceiling mounting hook, transportation from building to complaint cell and further transportaion to civil workshop outside EOC jetty for rewinding of Ceiling fan 1200/1400 mm sweep after opening complete motor assy, bearings, bushings, removal of burnt copper wire, cleaning of core, inserting proper insulating paper in slots, winding with and as per existing size/turn of super enamelled copper wire, heating, varnishing, replacement of unsv bearings / bushings / capacitor pad / connector block, connection wire 3 core, assemble of rotor and stator unit with capacitor, connecting wire, capacitor pad, down rod, blades and bring back after repair and install at original position including connection complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for servicing of exhaust fan heavy duty 300/450 mm sweep in situ after dismanting taking down from its mounting position on wall at height 3 mtr to 9 mtr from floor, complete cleaning of fan, greasing/oiling of bearing and bushings, replacement of unsv capacitor, damaged bearings, connection wires, tightening of nuts, bolts, washers, Checking for serviceability of all mounting brackets, foundation bolts and refixing to original position with required new rubber bushings / mounting bolts complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for servicing of air circulator/pedestal fan heavy duty 450 mm sweep in situ after dismanting taking down from its mounting position on wall / steel or RCC column at height upto 3 mtr for FL, complete cleaning of fan, greasing/oiling of bearing and bushings, replacement of unsv capacitor, damaged bearings, connection wires, regulator, oscilating mecanism, tightening of nuts, bolts, washers, Checking for serviceability of all mounting brackets, foundation bolts, protection grills and refixing to original position with required new rubber bushings / mounting bolts complete all as specified and directed.
