Complete removal of existing roof treatment in any layers and disposal of debris from site complete all as specified and directed. Notes: - (a) The rates are inclusive of removal for any type of old water proofing treatement over main RCC slab. (b) Bidders are advised to visit the site and esure about site condition before quoting their rates. (c) Taking down of cement plater/PCC if any shall be measured and paid saparately under respective items.

Taking down cement plaster of any description built in cement mortar on brick or stone walls/ roof slab etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. and removal of rubbish from the site complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for pre-cast RCC (1:2:4) type B0 (using 12.50 mm graded stone aggregate) in landings, cover slab, chulla hoods, chajjas, water troughs, shelves and similar articles of any thickness and size and set in cement mortar (1:4) including necessay formwork including demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) of any description including reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition and removing debries from site of work complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound (WPC) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for mild steel TMT bar 10 mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping ends and binding with and incl. mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for mild steel works as in valley gutter / wind ties for roof including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 including dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work of any description complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 0.50mm thick pre-painted galvalume aluminium Zinc coating GI based corrugated / semi corrugated steel sheet of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as per manufacturer instruction including dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roof or terracing, cleaning out wetting, grouting with crack filling epoxy material complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortor (1:4) on RCC roof slab mixed with water proofing compound @ 200 ml per bag of cement or as per manufacturer instruction and finish the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement as in wall complete all as specified and directed. Note : WPC will be measured and paid separately under respective item.

Material and labour for water proofing treatment to RCC roof surface comprising with the following course of treatment/specifications from bottom to top :- (a) Applying cold bituminous primer @ 0.30 liters per sqm confirming to IS 3384 over plastered surfaces of roof. (b) One layer of APP based polymeric membrane 3mm thick, weight not less than 3.50 kgs per sqm, reinforced with non woven polyester matt central core fabric (weight not less than 160 GSM) and coated on both side with and including layer of APP modified bitumen and finished with and including micro-prefabricated heat fusible polythene film on both surfaces. (c) Applying one coats of hot bitumen 85/25 grade @ 1.20 kg per sqm over membrane surface. (d) Finally applying two coats of aluminum paint @ 0.10 ltrs per sqm per coat on top surface. Contd...

Note:- (i) The work shall be executed only through authorised applicator of manufacturer as approved by GE. (i) Laying of APP based polymeric membrane shall be done by torch on method or as per manufacturers instructions. (ii) A minimum overlap of 150mm and 100mm should be made in the end and sides of the polymeric membrane respectively and sealed all overlaps and joints as per manufacturers instructions. Material and labour for 5mm thick rendering on concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:3) and finish the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement as in ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed.
