Concrete with 4cm(1½"). Gauge brick ballast, fine sand of 1.25 fineness modulous and cement in proportion of 12:6:1 in foundation and under floor, including supply of all material Iabour and T&P etc.required for proper completion of the work.(S.I.No.273)

Cement concrete with 2 cm. (1½") gauge approved stone, ballast, approved coarse sand and cement in the proportion of 8:4:1 including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.(S.I.no.281)

First class brick work in 1:4 cement and coarse sand mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.(S.I.No.305)

12 mm thick plaster with cement and course sand of 1.25 F.M. Mortar in 1:4 brick work minimum thickness not to be less than 3/8" (10 mm) thick including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. (S.I.No.584 i)
