Providing and laying Design Mix concrete for plain / reinforced concrete work in any part of bridgewith coarse aggregates of appropriate nominal size and grading, fine aggregate (sand) conforming to proper grading zone, both of approved quality and cement, as necessary, including labour, cost and carriage of all materials and including preparation of design mix, approval of the same by the Engineer-in-Charge and cost for quality control, sampling, testing etc. all complete but excluding cost of labour and materials for formwork & reinforcement works. (d) M-15 Grade: (i) Using concrete mixer

First class Brick work in cement sand mortar in steining of well, pier, abutment, wing wall, parapets cross drain. H.P. culverts, guard wall etc. including curing, scaffolding, raking out joints etc. complete including cost and carriage of all materials. (a) In 1:4 proportion.

Plaster (to wall, floor, ceiling etc.) with sand and cement mortar including rounding off or chamfering corners as directed and raking out joints including throating, nosing and drip course, scaffolding/staging where necessary (Ground floor). (ii) With 1:4 cement mortar (a) 20 mm thick plaster .

Applying 2 coats of Non-Toxic Acrylic Polymer modified Paint having adhesive & waterproofing properties by mixing in proportion (1 liquid: 4 cementitious material) or as per manufacturer's specification for water proofing layer in water tank etc. (No Departmental Cement is required).

Neat cement punning about 1.5mm thick in wall, dado, window sill, floor etc. NOTE:Cement 0.152 cu.m per 100 sq.m

Sand filling in foundation trenches and at the back of abutments, wing-walls etc. with good local sand free from earth in layers not exceeding 15 cm. including inundating each layer by profuse water and poking and ramming layer by layer complete including supply of silver sand. Quality of sand is to be approved by the Engineer-in-charge

Brick edging 75 mm wide with picked jhama bricks, laid true to line and level including cutting necessary trench in soil or in hard metalled surface, laying the bricks and repacking the trench (on both side of the edging) with spoils and ramming the same thoroughly complete as per direction. (b) Brick-on-end edging (250 mm) depth

Single Brick Flat Soling of picked jhama bricks including ramming and dressing bed to proper level and filling joints with local sand.

Supplying, fitting and fixing E.W.C. in white glazed vitreous chinaware of approved make complete in position with necessary bolts, nuts etc…. With 'S' trap
