Note: (i) Rate quoted under this item is deemed to include the cost of 7.5m length of earth strip and its protection tube.

Supply install, testing and commissioning indoor type HT 11 KV, 3 Phase, 50Hz motorised operated Ring main unit IP 54 enclosure, totally enclosed metal clad SF6 switchgear having rupturing capacity upto 630 Amps, one incoming three outgoing (VVVV+M) fully enclosed, compact, factory assembled cabinet inside robotically welded stainless steel 304 (Non Ferrite Non Magnetic Grade) tank minimum 2.5 mm thick having IP67 degree of protection filled with SF6 gas insulation with leakage rate less than 0.1% per year tested as per IEC 62271-200 . Switchgear Operating Mechanism shall have an IP2X Protection and Cable Chamber shall have IP3X Protection. Each 3 Pole Load Break Switch shall comprise of 11 kV, 630 Amps 21 kA / 3 Seconds, , Short Time Current [STC] 21 KA for 3 Sec, Rated Power Frequency Withstand Voltage of 28 KV, Rated Lightning Impulse Withstand Voltage 75 KVp. Fault Passage Indicator System [FPIS] & Voltage Presence Indicator System [VPIS], Self-Powered microprocessor controlled Numerical Protection Relay for Short Circuit, Over Current and Earth Fault with auxiliary power, battery and battery charger. The unit shall have front cable entry for ease of installation and shall have site replaceable bushings for ease of troubleshooting during breakdown situated not beyond 300mm from cable-cover to allow ease of access for installation/testing/ replacement purposes. Cable covers with self-Interlocking mechanism between doors, earth switch, disconnector & VCB Capacitive voltage indication fixed type system Mechanical Indications for breaker ON, OFF, EARTH, TRIP, Spring Charged-Discharged.

RMU shall have complete accessories such as Ring core current transformer type 30/1A, 2.5 VA, 5P10 for protection, Space heater with thermostat (230V AC), Terminal boots, cable supports, all front cable termination boots, mechanical indications for Load break switch ON/OFF, Manometer as per with IEC standards 62271-200, 60265-1, 62271-102,62271-100 and 60694.Suitable for altitude of installation up to 1000m as per IEC 60120. Note:- (i) All civil works including foundation for RMU to be carried out as per manufacturer's specification and the amount for the same are included in the rates quoted. (ii) Necessary T & P , transportation etc are included in the rates quoted. (iii) Installation, testing & commissioning will be done by OEM rep. (iv) It is preferable to have a design of accommodating minimum five nos. modules in a single tank wherever applicable (v) Necessary HT cable connection with lugs etc. are included in the rates quoted.
