Excavation in foundations, trenches etc in earth work, lift upto all leads and lifts stacking the excavated soil as the edge of the excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15 cm layers, when required into the plinths sides of excavations etc., consolidating each deposited layer by ramming of all surplus excavated earth as directed with in all leads and lifts ,cheisling etc complete in all respect in all leads and lifts as per direction and best satisfaction of Engineer- in Charge. P/L cement concrete 1:6 ;12(1 cement :6 sand : 12 graded stone aggregate of 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in complete in all respect within all leads and lifts as per direction and best satisfaction of Engineer- in Charge.:- (a) Foundation and plinth.

P/L cement concrete 1: 1.5 : 3 ( 1 cement : 1.5 sand : 3 graded stone aggregate of 20 mm nominal size ) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforced cement concrete work in complete in all respect within all leads and lifts as per direction and best satisfaction of Engineer- in Charge. :- (a) Foundation footings, bases of columns and the like and mass concrete.

(b) Columns, pillars, posts and struts upto two level complete in all respect within all leads and lifts as per direction and best satisfaction of Engineer- in Charge.

(c ) Lintels, beams, girders, bressumers , slabs upto floor two level complete in all respect within all leads and lifts as per direction and best satisfaction of Engineer- in Charge.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish i/c centering, shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centering not exceeding 4 meters and removal of the same for insitu- reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in complete in all respect within all leads and lifts as per direction and best satisfaction of Engineer- in Charge. (a) Foundation, footing, basis of columns etc. and mass concrete

(b) Sides and soffits of beams, beam haunching, cantilevers, bressumers and lintels not exceeding 1 mtr in depths in all heights from floor complete in all respect within all leads and lifts as per direction and best satisfaction of Engineer- in Charge.

6 mm thick Cement plaster to ceiling in ( a) In cement mortar 1: 4 complete in all respect within all leads and lifts as per direction and best satisfaction of Engineer- in Charge. ( 1 cement : 4 sand)

Boulder filling dry hand packed as under floor complete in all respect within all leads and lifts as per direction and best satisfaction of Engineer- in Charge.

Kota stone slab flooring 20mm ( average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement: 4 sand) laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab, i/c rubbing and polishing complete. (a) 30mm thick.

Steel work welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, i/c cutting, hoisting , fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint complete in all respect within all leads and lifts as per direction and best satisfaction of Engineer- in Charge.- (a) In trusses and trussed purlins in buildings ISI make.

P/fixing 0.60 mm thick prepainted steel sheet in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster (RNP) organic coating of 20 microns primer coating to back coat of polyster of 5 microns primer coating to back coat of polyster of 5 microns primer coating i/c fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm dia meter with prepainted limpet and rubber washers complete with all accesories as required as per the direction of Engineer-in -charge. (a) Duro Shine, Tata make.

Providing and fixing ridges and hips 60 cm overall with 0.60 mm thick prepainted steel sheets in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheets with top coat of regular modified polymer organic coating coating of 20 microns over 5 micons primer coating + back coat of polymer of 5 microns over 5 microns primer coating i/c fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts & nuts 6 mm dia & prepainted G.I. limpet an bitumen washers complete with all accessories as required as per the direction of Engineer in charge (a) Duro Shine, Tata make.

Providing and fixing M.S. BP Sheet 1.66 mm to 2 mm thick in eves board/ facia / soffits / ceiling i/c cutting , fixing and welding to steel roof members and applying a coat of red lead primer complete as per instruction of Engineer-in - charge . ( Base members of steel work shall be paid separately )

Painting two coats ( e/i priming coat ) on new steel and other metal surfaces with enamel paint to give wn even shade i/c cleaning the surface of dirt, dust and other foreign matter complete in all respect within all leads and lifts as per direction and best satisfaction of Engineer- in Charge. (a) With enamel paint other than white (a) Asian paint.

Finishing wall with weather proof exterior grade emulsion of approved design ( Apex ultima ) or its equarlied on undecorated wall surfaces ( two coats ) to give an even shade and final finish after thoroughly cleaning the surface to remove all dirt, dust and other foreign matter etc. i/c sand papering smooth complete in all respect within all leads and lifts as per direction and best satisfaction of Engineer- in Charge (a) Asian paint.

Random rubble masonry/ polygonal rubble masonry ( Uncoursed/ brought to courses) with hard stone of approved quality in foundation and plinth i/c levelling up with cement concrete 1:6: 12 ( 1 cement : 6 sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size ) in cement mortar 1:6 complete in all respect within all leads and lifts as per direction and best satisfaction of Engineer- in Charge.( 1 cement : 6 sand ) in breast walls and retaining walls.
