Supplying and fixing colour galvalume sheet roof of 0.47 mm thick and steel tubular box section of 100x50x3mm of 1 meter interval including priming coat fixing in position with all necessary accessories complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing corrugated polycarbonate sheet of size 3mx1.06m on the roof in between the colour coated galvalume sheets for proper lighting with necessary screws and EPDM rubber washers, etc. as complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supply and fixing of 40x6mm GI flat over the galvalume sheet roofing which is placed on the top of purlin in the longitudinal direction to avoid the lifting of roofing due to wind, the rate inclusive of necessary GI screw, rubber, aluminium washer with necessary adhesive flashing tap fixing directly over the galvalume sheet, labour charges for fixing, conveyance loading, unloading and cutting etc. complete complying with standard specification

PLASTERING with cement mortor 1:3 (one cement and three sand) 20mm thick including cost of scaffolding, finishing, curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

White washing two coats with best shell lime including cost of shell lime, gum, kanjee and brushes etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Painting the walls with two coats of plastic emulsion paint of first class approved quality and colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed

Painting old iron work with two coats of synthetic enamel paint and approved quality and colour. The rate is inclusive of cost of all materials, labour brushes and scaffolding charges etc. complete complying with standard specifications. (The paint should be got approved by Engineer in charge work before use on works)

Servicing the rolling shutter of size 1.80 x 2.60m including all labour charges for servicing greasing changing damaged leaf portion, tempering the spring and changing the damaged barring and changing the damaged shaft etc. complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing (under lintel grove) cold rolled ROLLING SHUTTERS of approved quality of 18 gauge 7.5 cm wide cold rolled lathe section in one piece interlocked together with specially designed pipe shaft with adequate number of high tensile steels wire springs of approved quality complete with brackets side guides and arrangements for inside and outside locking arrangements with push and pull operations and pulling back handle with all accessories without workmanship and the entire shutter painted with two coats of best quality anti-corrosive nut brown color paint over one coat of red oxide primer and clear opening of 1.8 M width 2.60 M height . The rolling shutter shall be placed below the lintel and behind the RCC curtain slab of 7.5 cm thick and 45 cm depth. Each rolling shutter shall be provided with one pair of approved quality of ball bearing complete. Rolling shutter should confirm to I.S.6248-1979 and should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before fixing in position. [This specification consists of the following component materials required for erection of rolling shutter (1).18 G 3” lathe section 1.90 M long-29 Nos.(2)10 G guide channel 2.60m long- 2 Nos.(3).13 G bottom plate for 1.8 M long with angle.(4) .M.S.pipe 40mm dia. The above materials will be inspected by A.E.E. at site before assembling and erection of Rolling Shutter]

Supplying and fixing steel weld mesh for Air inlet window frame using 25x6mm frame stiffener flat at not exceeding 0.60m centre in both direction and using 3”x1” and 6 x 10G weld mesh including labour charges, welding charges, conveyance to the site fixing in position by dismantling masonry / RCC works if necessary and making good of them and including one coat of oxide primer etc. complete.

Supplying and fixing steel weld mesh for steel ventilator frame using 25x6mm frame stiffener flat at 1.20 x 0.60 size of ventilator and using 3”x1” and 6 x 10G weld mesh including labour charges, welding charges, conveyance to the site fixing in position by dismantling masonry / RCC works if necessary and making good of them and including one coat of oxide primer etc. complete.

Providing FORM WORK for centering the soffits of all reinforcement concrete work including strutting to the required (3 metre) height with mild-steel sheets of size 90cmx60cm 10 gauge stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mmx25mmx3mm laid with country wood joist of average of size 10cmx6.50cm at about 90cm centres with casurina props of 13cm dia at 75cm centre to centre with all nails coir,wedges complete and removing the form work after necessary curing period as directed by the corporations officers. The rates should inclusives of cutting , bending, welding , charges of M.S sheets, M.S. angles etc., Complete For plane surfaces such as RCC floor slab, roof slab, beams, lintels, bed blocks, landing slab, waist slab, portico slabs and beams etc.

Reinforcement Cement Concrete 1:1 1/2:3 ( one cement, one and half sand, three aggregate) using 20mm of hard broken granite stone for all RCC works using machine for mixing concrete excluding cost of centering, Strutting, shuttering, and fabrication of reinforcement and placing the grills in position etc., but including finishing and curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed. Supplying, fabricating and fixing in position MS channel 100 x 50 x 6mm at the edge of loading platform with M.S. bolt of 16mm dia of 45cm long etc. Complete

Finishing the top of roof with one course of machine pressed tiles of size 23x23x2cm laid in cement mortar 1:2 (one of cement and two of sand)mixing with water proofing compound confirming to ISS at 2% weight of cement used and pointed with water proofing compound mixed with red oxide etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Weathering course in brick jelly lime concrete using broken brick jelly of size 20mm uniform gauge in pure slaked lime (no sand to be used) to the proportion of brick jelly to lime being 32:12.5 by volume and laid over the RCC roof slab in a single layer of required slope and finished by beating the concrete with wooden beaters of approved pattern, keeping the surface constantly wet by sprinkling lime jaggery water, etc., complete as per standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and filling in foundation and basement with clean M.SAND in layers of 150mm thick, well watered, rammed and consolidated including watering etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed.

CEMENT CONCRETE 1:5:10(one cement, five sand and ten aggregate)using 40mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation including de-watering, side shuttering , strutting, wherever necessary including curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed.

Paving the floor with best quality Vertified Tiles 600 x 600 x 8mm of approved colour, shade and quality laid in cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three M-sand) 20mm thick in all floors and the top pointed with the white cement mixed same colour pigments etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Dadooing the walls with colour glazed tiles of size 300mmx200mmx6mm of approved quality and colour over a base layer of C.M.1:2, 10mm and pointing the joints with white cement mixed with colouring pigment at the rate of 0.40 kg/sq.m neatly in all floors, curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The tiles should be got approved by the Executive engineer before use on works).

Manufacturing supplying and fixing of Steel Door (Double Leaves) with the following specification MS angels of size 40 x 40 x 6mm are used for the outer frames and MS angles of size 35 x 35 x 5mm for the shutter frames stiffeners with 32 x 6mm MS flat is provided at required intervals in the shutter frame. 18 gauge CR sheet laid as panel in the shutter and welded intact. MS flat 18 x 5mm is welded over the 32 x 6mm MS flat sand witching the CR sheet in between additional stiffeners with 18 x 5mm MS flat is provided diagonally at the rear side of the shutter, 3 Nos. of hinges in case of single leaf and 6 Nos. of hinges in double leaves shutter to be provided. 6 Nos. of hold fasts 300mm in length made of angle section spliced at the ends are welded to the outer frames of the door. Tower bolts 2 Nos., one at the top and the other at the bottom are provided. 250 x 16mm size of two aldrops are provided in single leaf door at lock rail section in the door for inner and outer provided and one rotating locking arrangements for the inner side of the door and additional provision for locking

Supplying fabricating and fixing in position of Aluminium anodised natural colour matt finish, powder coated window of outer frame using rectangular box section of with the (1.20x1.30m) following shutter frame and necessary such as rubber beading, handle, lock furniture fittings including cost of materials and labour and power consumption charges required for fabrication including necessary clipping dismantling and making necessary holes in RCC columns, beams, masonry with power drill to the required extent and redoing the same to the original condition after fixing etc., complete. The aluminium for frame are to be anodised with matt finish, powder coated under lectrically controlled condition in accordance with ISI specification 1868/1962 and thickness for anodic film thickness of not less than 15 microns that of plain glass shall be 4mm etc. complete complying with standard specification. (All materials should be got approved by the Executive Engineer)

Supplying and fixing in position of best Indian make PVC Water Tank of 1000 litres capacity confirming to ISI standards as directed by the departmental officers including cost of material and conveyance charges of material to work site etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

Supplying, laying and jointing PVC pipes of approved quality and best variety of B Class pipes of the 20mm dia including labour for fixing PVC Specials (excluding charges for cutting and threading and cost of such specials) with necessary shellac, thread ball, etc., and making holes on the wall / concrete and making good the dismantled portion to the original condition with necessary brick work / concrete. The pipes are to be painted with one coat of tar and tightly pastened with tar dipped gunny tape, etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and fixing in position 15mm dia brass CP screw down tap / Pillar tap (heavy duty) of approved make conforming to BIS specifications and quality including cost of shellac, thread, etc, complete complying with standard specifications and including cutting and threading wherever necessary. (Taps should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works).

Supplying and fixing in position first quality and approved variety of Gun metal Gate Valve with BIS make of the 20mm dia including cost of shellac, thread balls, etc, complete complying with standard specifications (for both internal and external water supply arrangements). The valves to be used on work shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.

Supplying and fixing in position Indian Water Closet (Oriya type) of size 580 x 440mm white glazed earthern ware of approved quality and brand with "P" or "S" trap conforming to BIS with sand cushion and forming flooring alround the closet using 40mm broken brick jelly in lime concrete 1:2:5 (One lime, Two sand and Five brick jelly) 100mm thick and finishing the top to the required slope and including giving necessary connection to CI soil pipes (including the cost of 100mm dia CI pipe for a length of 600mm) by dismantling brick masonry wall / reinforced cement concrete roof / floor slab and making good the dismantled portion to the original condition with leakages etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. (The water closet should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works).

EARTH WORK excavation for foundation in all classes of soils and subsoils to full depth, as may be directed except in hard rock, requiring blasting including initial leads and lifts and refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth in 150mm layers well watered rammed and consolidated including depositing surplus earth with in the Godown or inside compound in places shown with initial leads and lifts, clearing, leveling site, shoring, strutting, baling of water wherever necessary etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Supplying and fixing fencing post of size 15 x 15cm at bottom and top including aligning, conveyance, loading and unloading etc. as directed by the departmental officers. Vertical post (2.40m height)

Supplying and filling in basement with wetmix 250mm thick in layers of not exceeding 250mm thick, well watered, rammed and consolidated including machineries for hire and running charges leader 5 Cum capacity, hire charges for tipper, water sprinkler, vibratory roller all labour charges etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.
