Labor Department Registration Certificate must be attached

Food Safety and Security Authority Certificate obtained from the Department of Health.

Canteens currently running: Name and address of hotels

Tender announcement (publish) number and date

Name and address of the tenderer

The terms and conditions in the tender document must be signed.

Copy of GST registration and Trade license

Organization Registration details should be attached.

Details of the tenderer paying the EMD amount of Rs.29,715/- and tender processing fee through the internet as mentioned in the e-procurement

Copy of income tax payment certificate for the years 2024-25 and 2025-26 (Return filing Assessment year)

GST Return Certificates for the months of March, April and May 2026 must be attached.

Must have done financial transactions of Rs. 10.00 lakh per each year in the years 2023-24, 2024-25 and 2025-26 and must be submitted in the form provided, certified by a Chartered Accountant.

Attach a certificate of experience in government/semi-government departments during the years 2023-24, 2024-25 and 2025-26.

Non blacklist Certificate must be attched

To run a canteen, a license letter and renewal copy from the Health Officer of the Bangalore Metropolitan Corporation must be attached.
