Satisfactoriy completed (atleast 90%) as prime contractor at-least one such similar work of value not less than Rs. xxxxxxx (80% of estimated cost of tender)

Tenderer or his identified Sub Contractor should possess valid license for executing water supply / sanitary engineering works and should have executed similar works totallng Rs. xxxxxx (not less than 50% of electrical works) n any one year

List of works for which tenders already submitted

Construction equipment owned by the tenderer and equipment proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded

Valid GST registration certificate should be uploaded

The intending bidder/firm/company should have executed in any financial year from 2020-21 to 2024-25, the following minimum quantities of work in the last five years. For which certificate should be obtained from the competent authority (yearwise quantities executed certificates in proforma mentioned in bid document should be scanned and enclosed) Excavation/Embankment -7856.00 Cum, Cement Concrete of all grades PCC/RCC-1180.00 Cum WBM/WMM- 2700.00 Cum and Reinforcement Steel-13.00 Tonne.

The bidder / firm/ company should furnish details of liquid assets availability or availability of credit facilities of value 145.00 lakhs in the form of credit lines / letter of credit /certificate from any Nationalized Banks/ Scheduled banks for meeting the fund requirement etc., in the specified format mentioned in the bid document as per FD circular No: FD CMM/16/2022 (P-2) Dt: 22.08.2022, mentioned in the bid document. Failing with which tender will be liable for rejection.

Bidder should be registered Civil Contractor of KPWD of Class II & above

The intending bidder satisfactorily completed (at least 90% of the contract value), as a prime contractor, at least one similar type of work of Construction of retaining wall/Guide wall for value of 121.00 lakhs(Excluding GST)last five years 2020-21 to 2024-25. An additional weightage of 10% each year will be added to the cost of the work done to bring it to the 2025-26 price level.The certificates should be obtained from the competent authority that is not below the rank of the Executive Engineer or equivalent rank officer, (The cost of completed works of previous years will be given a weightage of 10% per year to bring them to 2025-26 level rupee price value).

Audited balance sheets & Turnover certificate for the preceding 5 years (2020-21 to 2024-25) mentioning UDIN number should be uploaded

To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e. 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25(a) Achieved in at least 2 financial years a minimum financial turnover (in all classes of civil engineering construction works only) of value not less than the two times the amount put to tender as 484.00 LAKHS (Excluding gst).

Details of Technical personnel employed by the Tenderer who are suitable for both design and execution of work and number of technical personnel who will be deployed EXCLUSIVELY for these works with B.E. (civil)/equivalent graduate engineer with degree certificate should be uploaded.B.E (Civil) Engineering Graduate with minimum 3 years experience - 1 No.

Tenderers who meet the above specified minimum qualifying criteria will only be qualified if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value.The available tender capacity will be calculated as under-Assessed available tender capacity A X N X 1.5 - B Where A-Maximum value of works executed in any one year during the last five years considering the completed as well as works in progress.
