Material and labour for Danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M.S. clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for HT of size 25X20 cm, complete all as specified and as directed .

Material and Labour for dismantling the distribution Transformer 11/0.433 KV Oil Cooled copper wound of follwoing capacity from installed position on existing platform after disconnecting electric supply from HV and LV sides on site for necessary repairs like replacement of washers, replacement of sleeves, taps, kerb tapes, cork sheet, refilling of oil, etc after checking and make fully functional the Winding Temparature Indicator (WTI) and Oil Temparature Indicator (OTI) including replacement of unserviceable item (if required) as directed and installing in its original position and making all electric connections with thimble & PG clamps, commissioning including refilling of transformer oil after dehydration with dielectric strength (min 60 KV) and testing complete all as specified and as directed.

Notes : (i) Labour component required for the replacement of unserviceable parts shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted against this item. (ii) HT/LT bushes, breather assembly, Transformer oil shall be measured & paid separately under relevant item. (iii) T&P and minor parts will be arranged by the contractor and the cost thereof shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted against this item. Material and Labour for preparation of old painted rusted LT cross arms ,bracings ,supports, clamps and back plate fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts bolts washers etc and Steel poles providing two coats of aluminum paint including numbering and making strips in circular shape of diameter 150mm black colour letter of height 50mm not exceeding 150 mm up to 1.5 mtr above ground level with alternative layer of yellow and black paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling HT/ LT stay assembly complete including MS clamps with bolts, nuts & washers etc along with necessary excavation and earth work, demolition of cement concrete and removing from thr site necessary excavation & earth work complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of Unserviceable Pre-stressed concrete poles/ steel poles of any size and shape including necessary excavation and earth work, taking out of embedded portion of poles from concrete after necessary demolition of cement concrete foundation and disposal of same complete all as specified and as directed. Dismantling and Rewinding of the distribution Transformer 11/0.433 KV Oil Cooled copper wound of 400 KVA capacity from installed position on existing platform after disconnecting electric supply from HV and LV sides on site and take it to the workshop Preliminary Inspection, Diagnosing the fault. Service charge for oil draining, transformer top cover removing, bush stem dismantling, removing of core coil assembly, job cleaning, dismantling of CCA, coil winding, re fixing of CCA, Terminal Gear Cutting & Rejoining charges, Tanking, and all other jobs & filteringpairs like replacement of washers, replacement of sleeves, taps, kerb tapes, cork sheet, refilling of oil, etc after checking and make fully functional the Winding Temparature Indicator (WTI) and

Note: (i) Unit rate include for preventive maintenance / attending break down as and when required.Relay calibration and setting as per load condition. (ii) The work shall be carried out through OEM / OEM authorised vendor.

(iii) Rate Quoted deemed to be including cost of replacing small piece of control circuit wires up to 1.00 Mtrs , LT fuses and Push buttons for ON/Off if required . (iv) Contractor should attend the complaint on call basis on emergency . Condut the following test to ensure the panel work properly. (a) IR Test with 5 KV IR Testor (b) Contact Resistance Test (CRM) (c ) 3Pole Timing (d) Checking the servicebilty of control circuit , relays ,fuses and Electrical /Mechanical interlocks. Material and Labour for the preventive maintenance of schneider make CCT2 RMU as per schedule below, complete all as specified and as directed. 1.Checking jand cleaning of termination boot&bushings and cable compartments . 2.Visual inspection of RMU (including SF6 level)and opening of gland plate area. 3.checking of batteries ,relays ,FPI and RMU. 4.Inspect control wiring for continuity. 5.Checking of mechanical interlocks and latches . 6.Operate the RMU minimum 3 times manually& electrically. 7.Lubricate the mechanism portion. 8.Checking IR with 5 KV IR testor. Material and Labour for attending emergency breakdown in substation Maintenance of HT/LT VCB/ACB of rating from 400 Amp to 3600 Amp 415 Volt 50 HZ of any make installed at substation/MRS at NPOL complete by taking the shut down with prior intimation and cleaning the HT/LT VCB/ACB by using air blower tightening of connection of control circuit and complete checking of all fuses, checking relay and control circuit for smooth functioning by employing one skilled tradesman as and when required and also to carry out following works, complete all as specified and as deirected . bar @ 75 mm C/C both way with plastering 15 mm thick CM ( 1: 6) internally and up to 150 mm below ground level externally . PGI funnel with wire mesh ,20 mm dia medium grade GI pipe for watering complete all as shown on electrical plate No : 03 of SSR part - I 2009 and connected to earth test point including testing complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (i) RCC pit cover shall be precast of RCC 1:2:4 type B-1, 80mm thick reinforcement with 8mm TMT steel bar @ 100 c/c in lieu of CI cover and the rate includes in the unit rate of item.

(ii) Earth electrodes shall be protected upto test point using necessary arrangement with suitable size GI pipe upto 7.50m and the rate includes in the unit rate of item. (iii) The earth chamber shall be constructed min 3m away from the edge of the bldg pit and the cost of the same is deemed to be included in the rate quoted for this item. (iv) If the earth resistance value turned out to be unsatisfactory upon testing, the contractor has to re do the earthing at free of cost.

Supplying and Fixing in replacement earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead of Galvanised iron strip of size 32 X 6 mm, fixed on Floor/ Wall with supporting insulators / laid in trench from existing earth test point complete all as specified and as directed .

Material and Labour for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60X60cmX6.0 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead 25x4 mm GI strip means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrial plate No. 5 connected or indicated including testing on completion. Including necessary excavation,earth work,pcc pit, RCC cover ,funnel with watering pipe 20mm bore light grade,GI protection pipe 40 mm bore light grade complete all as specified and as directed . Note: No JCB excavation permitted inside the E/M installation

Supplying and Fixing in repairs earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead of Galvanised iron strip of size 25 X 4 mm, fixed on pole from existing earth test point complete all as specified and as directed.
