Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.

12 mm cement plaster of mix 1:6 (1 cement : 6 fine sand).

Repairing to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade new work (one or more coats)

Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade.New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/ 10 sqm).

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade :One or more coats on old work.

Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Providing and fixing precoatedgalvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %),total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet andpolyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should besupplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer-in-charge.The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

Grading roof treatment for water proofing..P.C.C. work in (1:2:4 20mm nominal size.)

Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type A including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382 leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion, (i) Single socketed pipes 110mm diameter

Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised - PVC moulded fittings/ accessories for unplasticised R igid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type A including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382 leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion.bend110mm diameter

Providing and fixing unplasticised -PVC pipe clips of approved design to unplasticised - PVC rain water pipes by means of 50x50x50mm hard wood plugs, screwed with M.S. screws of required length including cutting brick work and fixing in cement mortar 1:4(1 cement: 4 coarse sand) and making good the wall etc. complete.110mm diameter

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS : 1285, fixed with rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips, or with expansion hold fasteners including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions, at top, bottom and sides with required PVC/neoprene felt etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / panelling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Glazing and panelling to be paid for separately):for fixed portion 21.1.1.1 Anodised aluminium (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868, Minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15)

(Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item): With float glass panes of 5.50 mm thickness

Providing and fixing G.I. pipes complete with G.I. fittings including trenching and refilling etc. internal work.15mm dia nominal bore.

Providing and fixing brass bib cock of approved quality : 15 mm nominal bore

Providing and fixing concertina coil fencing with punched tape concertina coil 600mm dia 10 metre openable length ( total length 90 m), having 50 nos rounds per 6metre length, upto 3 m height of wall with existing angle iron 'Y' shaped placed 2.4m or 3.00 m apart and with 9 horizontal R.B.T. reinforced barbed wire, stud tied with G.I. staples and G.I. clips to retain horizontal, including necessary bolts or G.I. barbed wire tied to angle iron, all complete as per direction of Engineer-incharge,with reinforced barbed tape(R.B.T.) / Spring core (2.5 mm thick) wire ofhigh tensile strength of 165 kg/ sq mm with tape (0.52 mm thick) and weight 43.478gm/ metre (cost of M.S. angle, C.C. blocks shall be paid separately).

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding thecost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level.1:2:4(1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).
