Comprensive daily Maintenance, checking, testing, ON/OFF of Variable refrigerant flow modular type air conditioning system with stepless modulation complete with indoor and outdoor unit individual remote complete centralised controller inter connected refergerant piping checking of pipe lines for gas laeakage oil control cable for the following equipments and accessories:- (A) Outdoor Units:- Outdoor units consists of compressor, heat exchanger, condenser fan, auto check function for error, Auto address setting microprocessor panel, isolating valves for the following capacity. Heat pump type (Cooling and Heating) of 10 Hp - 04 Nos Cooling and Heating type 12 Hp - 09 Nos Cooling and Heating type 14 Hp - 02 Nos Cooling and Heating type 16 Hp - 01 Nos Cooling and Heating type 18 Hp - 04 Nos (Total 20 Main units and 04 slave unit = 24 Outdoor units) (B) Indoor units:- Indoor unit addresssetting multispeed motor oil section with DX coil outer consist drain pipe water lift mechanism its insulation pipe connection fresh air intake sysem with the following capacities. Ceiling mounted Cassette type 2.6 TR - 09 Nos Ceiling mounted Cassette type 3.3 TR - 07 Nos Split high wall mounted type of different capacity - 138 Nos (Total 154 indoor units)

M&L for servicing of Daikin VRF-III including (outdoor and indoor) at the existing location with suitable electronic machine, cleaning of condenser, cooling coil and other components with approved chemical solution & clean water, greasing of fan, motor, blower,rewinding, assembling, testing and commissioning etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and charging of gas R- 410A inside the compressor and testing Complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement Remote controller for indoor unit as per sample Complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement Battery Cell 1.5 Volt, Complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair of Printed Circuit Board for indoor unit of any capacity available at site complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement of Printed Circuit Board for indoor unit of any capacity available at site complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement of Adopter for fixing of Printed Circuit Board in indoor unit of any capacity available at site complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement of inverter PCB for outdoor unit complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement of Noise filter PCB for outdoor unit complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement of Main control PCB for outdoor unit complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement of Power/Over Voltage PCB for outdoor unit complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F MCB SP 6 - 32 Amps 230 V including taking down old UNSV MCB Complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge Make L&T/Legrand/Schnider/Havells or any equivalent approved make

Supply & fixing MCB TP 63 Amps 240 volt complete all as specified and directed by Engr- in charge

S&F MCCB 4 pole 415 volts 160 Amp rotary type breaking capacity 36 KA including taking down old UNSV MCCB Complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make L&T/Legrand/Schnider/Havells or any equivalent approved make

S&F in replacement of Sheet metal encloseure with 3 pin plug and socket with 20 Amp MCB single pole. Complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make : L&T/Legrand/Schnider/Havells or any equivalent approved make

Supply and Fixing in replacement scroll fix Compressor for outdoor of capacity 12/14 HP as per existing size and model complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Note:- (a) One skilled VRF Operator having good knowledge of system will be provided by contractor for daily ON/OFF operation & testing of all indoor & outdoor units and maintaining the record book on daily basis from 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM during opening of NTC Lab. (b) One Electrician for Electric related issues in VRF system for Outdoor Main Electric panels/indoor circuits provided by contractor. (c) Material (submain wire, lugs& cable of suitable size etc.) to resolve the electrical issued occurred on site provided by contractor itself.
