Erection of steel tubular or rail pole strut in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 Cement 3 Coarse Sand 6 Grraded Stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) foundation including excavation and refilling and secured with holding clamps, bolt, nuts etc as required.

mantling of poles/ street light stranded/stay set strut embedded in cement concrete foundation etc.

Supplying and fixing of 32 mm dia X 2.00 metres long G.I. pipe (medium class) bracket for mounting of LED street light fitting on pole including bending the pipe to the required shape, 2 nos 40 mm X 3 mm flat iron clamps with nuts, bolts and washer, painting the flat iron with primer and finish paint etc. as required. (LED fitting supply by Deptt.)

Supply and fixing of required size of M.S. Nut, Bolt and washer.

Transporting of tubulor pole from workshop yard to working site at colony and submitting dismentled pole in store.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/XLPE power cable 1.1 KV grade and tensioning, making connection etc. as required.

Providing of XLPE Copper round armoured cable size 3 x 04 Sqmm, 1.1 KV grade.

Painting of street light tubular pole, bracket clamps with one coat red oxide and two coat of Aluminium paint (Paint will be supplied by contractor at his own cost.)
