Providing laying and rolling of cold mixed open-graded premix carpet of 20mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 11.2 mm aggregates using penetration grade Catonic Bitumen Emulsion (MS) to required line, grade and levelto serve as wearing cousre on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of either Type B as per MORD Specification clause 506.2

Seal Coat (with cold Emilsion) Providing and laying seal coat by Bituminous Emulsion (RS-1) as binder for sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels grade and cross fall using Type B as per Technical Specification Clause 508

Providing and fixing of semi reflecitive cautionary mandatory and informatory sign board as per IRC:67 made of 1.5 mm thick MS sheet duly stove white colour in front and gray colour on back with red reflective border of 65 mm width and required letters and figures with reflective tape engineering grade as per clause 1701.3.9 of MORD for Rural Roads of required shade and colour supported and welded on 47 mmx47mmx12 SWG sheet tube firmly fixed to the ground by mean of properly designed foundations with M-15 grade cement concrete 450x450x600 mm 600 mm below ground level as per approved drawing clause 1701.2.2 (600 mmx600 mm)

Providing and erectin direction and place identification retro reflectorised sign as per IRC:67 made of encapsulated lens type reflective sheeting vide clause 1701.2.3 fixed over aluminium sheeting 2 mm thick with area not exceeding 0.9 sqm supported on RCC post 100 mmx100 mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly desinged foundation with M-15 grade cement concrete 450x450x600mm. 600 mm below ground level as per approved drawing and technical specification clause 1701.

Providing and laying of boulder apron laid in wire crates with 4 mm dia GI wire conforming to IS:280 and IS:4826 in 100 mm x 100 mm mesh (woven diagonally) including 10 per cent extra for laps and joints laid with stone boulders weighing not less than 25 kg each (crate size 3.00m x 1.50 m x 1.25m ) as directed by engineer-in-charge and MORD Specification for Rural Roads 2014.

Maintenance Activities: Emergency Maintenance Activities (For Opening Communication) Deploying Hydraulic Excavators of 0.90 Cum Bucket for clearance of major slip in all type of soil, rock and boulders including its operator, fuel, all other charge and taxes required for proper completion of work.
