Self drilling anchors: Provision of permanant, self drilling anchors of 32mm dia with ultimate tensile strength not less than 280kN and yield strength not less than 230kN, hexagonal nut, washer plate, coupler for connecting bars, drill bit and grouting with admixture, with hot dip Zinc coated of 80 microns for exposed portion of bolts, nuts and base plates, including all ancillary items for top/bottom /cortical anchoring as per clause 3203 of MORTH specifications for Road & Bridge works (fifth revision) and testing procedures confirming to clause 4.2 of IRC HRB special report 23.

Dowel anchor bars: Providing and fixing of steel dowel bars of 32 millimeter diameter of yield stress not less than 500 MPa, anchored in to the hard rock with anchorage in concrete for length of 1.25m, including drilling atleast 60mm dia bore, flushing, grouting with cement grout mixed approved admixtures, all ancillary material, machinery, labour etc. complete and as per detailed techinical specifications, drawings and as directed by Engineer - In -Charge.

3D reinforced erosion control mat: Providing and Spreading Reinforced Geocomposite made of Polypropylene Polymer made three dimensional matrix of minimum mass per unit area 450 grams/sqm extruded onto a mechanically woven double twisted hexagonal shaped steel wire Mesh of wire Dia. 2.7mm and Mesh Type 6 x 8 having Zn-5% Al +Polymer coating thick of 0.5 mm as per EN 10244 -2, the composite shall have a combined mass per unit area more than 1900 Grams / Sq.m and nominal thickness more than 10mm including fixing of Steel U pins at adequate space to keep mat in close contact with slope soil surface including material, machinery, labour, etc. complete with all leads and lifts and as directed by Engineer - In - Charge.

Hydro-seeding: Supply and application of Biotic Soil Media (BSM) - a combination of recycled Thermally Refined bark and wood fibers with a proprietary blend of biopolymers, biochar, seaweed extract, humic acid, endomycorrhizae and other beneficial constituents. All components of the Biotic Soil Media blend shall be of naturally derived and renewable, and engineered to optimize moisture retention, growth and establishment of vegetation. BSM is applied hydraulically over soil substrate to add organic matter so as to enrich soil nutrients prior to application of HPFGM or other hydraulically applied erosion control mulch layers. as per BSM specifications .

Hydro-seeding: Supply and application of High Performance-Flexible Growth Medium (HP-FGM) which is100% biodegradable, composed of 100% recycled, thermally refined (within a pressurized vessel) virgin wood fibers, crimped interlocking biodegradable fibers, mineral activators, and wetting agents (including high-viscosity colloidal polysaccharides, crosslinked biopolymers and water absorbents) along with STANDARD prescriptive agronomic formulations such as fertilizer, extended-term dyes, soil pH modifiers, bio stimulant materials and seeds which is hydraulically-applied .

Water: Supply of Water for application of HECPs (HPFGM & BSM items) average of 25 ltrs per sqm per layer applications.

Maintaining the applied surface for minimum of 3 months period including supply of water, adequate irrigation and maintaining the Hydraulically applied surfaces in wet conditions including Labour and other expenses .

Back filling: Providing, backfilling and compacting behind retaining wall, reinforced soil structure with approved excavated material within the project site including crushing boulders/ rock fraction to 75mm and down including all leads and lifts, development of approach road, segregation, complete as per drawing and technical specification.

Gabion: Supplying and placing of mechanically woven double twisted hexagonal shaped wire mesh gabion boxes of size 1.5x1x1/ 2x1x1/ 3x1x1 (LxBxH), mesh type 10cmx12cm, Zn and PVC coated mesh wire dia 2.7/3.7mm (ID/OD), edge of meshes mechanically edged/selvedged with heavy coating of galvanization as per EN 10223-3/ASTM A 975 with partitions at every 1m interval (except for gabion of size 1.5x1x1) and properly packed with approx. 150mm size boulders including cost of boulder weighing minimum 35kg each transportation and placing at indicated places as per direction of engineer-in-charge including contractors tools, plants, labour, royalty charges etc. complete in all respect and stitching with lacing wire of dia 2.3/3.2mm (ID/OD) @ 5% by weight of gabion boxes, carrying the material by head lead from nearest approach with all safety precautions, lead and lift.

Gabion Fascia units: Supply and laying of gabion fascia units with 2m integrated tail as secondary reinforcement for Reinforced soil system as per MoRTH Clause 3100, made of Mechanically Woven Double Twisted Hexagonal Shaped Wire Mesh , Mesh Type 10x12, ZN + PVC coated Mesh Wire dia. 2.7/3.7mm (ID/OD), mechanically edged / selvedged, with partitions at 1m interval and shall have minimum 10 numbers of mesh openings per meter of mesh perpendicular to twist, tying with lacing wire of dia 2.2/3.2 mm (ID/OD), supplied @ 5% by weight of facia unit ,including filling with stones 150-200mm in size as per detailed specification conforming to codes in vogue all complete as per directions of engineer-in-charge.

High strength uniaxial geogrid: Supplying and laying high strength flexible geogrids (HSFG) as soil reinforcement as per MORTH 3100 and IRC 113, made of high tenacity polyester core with polyethylene coating with Minimum Long Term Design Strength (LTDS) of more than 50% of ultimate tensile strength at 30 degree Celsius corresponding to 12 % strain.

100mm dia sub surface drain: Providing and laying with half perforated PVC pipe of 100 mm nominal diameter, confirming to IS 4985:2000, lined with Geotextile as sub surface drainage pipe, placed in a drill hole, including drilling of hole, cleaning complete in all respect as per the drawings or as directed by Engineer confirming to detailed Technical specifications.

50mm sub surface drain: Providing and laying with half perforated PVC pipe of 50 mm nominal diameter, confirming to IS 4985:2000, lined with Geotextile as sub surface drainage pipe, placed in a drill hole, including drilling of hole, cleaning complete in all respect as per the drawings or as directed by Engineer confirming to detailed Technical specifications.

Longitudinal drain pipe: Providing and laying half perforated PVC pipe of 300mm nominal diameter, confirming to IS 4985:2000, lined with Non woven Geotextile, as longitudinal drainage inside gravel filter as per the drawings etc. complete.

Non woven geotextile: Supplying and installation of thermally bonded or needle punched Nonwoven geotextile as per the drawings confirming to technical specifications.

PCC Works: Providing and laying PCC- M15 grade for drains, below foundations of walls etc.

Concrete works: Providing and laying cement concrete - M35 grade, for concrete cascade, Repairing of existing drain from Lake etc., Including all materials, shuttering and staging, machinery, labour,lead & lifts etc. complete as per drawing and technical specification and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Reinforcement steel: Providing Fe 500D Steel reinforcement for RCC work including straightning, cutting, bending, placing, in position and machinery, labour,lead & lifts etc. complete as per drawing and technical specification and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Plum concrete: Providing and laying plum concrete- M15 grade (Nominal mix (1:2.5:5)), 50% concrete + 50% graded rubble., Including all materials, shuttering and staging, machinery, labour,lead & lifts etc. complete as per drawing and technical specification MORD and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Gravel filter: Gravel filter: Providing and laying filter media with granular aggregates as per specification to a thickness of not less than 600 mm with smaller size towards the soil and bigger size towards the wall and providing over the entire surface behind reinforced soil wall to the full height, compacted to firm condition for all lead and lifts, Material,labour, etc complete as per drawing and technical specification and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Hand Railing (Type - B, "THRIE" : Metal Beam Crash Barrier):- Providing and erecting a "Thrie" metal beam crash barrier comprising of 3 mm thick corrugated sheet metal beam rail, 85 cm above road/ground level, fixed on ISMC series channel vertical post, 150 x 75 x 5 mm spaced 2 m centre to centre, 2 m high with 1.15 m below ground level, all steel parts and fitments to be galvanised by hot dip process, all fittings to conform to IS:1367 and IS:1364, metal beam rail to be fixed on the vertical post with a space of channel section 150 x 75 x 5 mm, 546 mm long complete as per clause 810 ( if Concrete Required for Vertical post Fixing will be paid extra Providing and fixing hand railing .Work including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) , fitting and lead and lifts, Material,labour, etc ,of required size, on the top of the slide area on GIC ground complete as per drawing and technical specification and as per approval of Engineer-incharge.

Shotcrete: Providing and laying of shotcrete with designed mix cement concrete with minimum 100mm thickness as shown in drawings and as directed by engineer in charge. The rate shall include sprayed concrete of M25, all concrete additives, accelerators etc., wastage of sprayed concrete, rebound, application of shotcrete in multiple layers, all auxiliary materials and works, all labor, cement, materials, cost of pins, hooks, lead, lift, handling complete with contractor's own equipment for complete job as per specifications and as directed by engineer in charge.

Welded wire mesh: Supply and placement of welded wire mesh 150X150X6mm, steel grade minimum FE 500, as reinforment of shotcrete for slope protection works as shown on drawings, specifications or as directed by engineer in charge.Including all materials, , machinery, labour,lead & lifts etc. complete .

Drainage composite: Providing and laying geosynthetic drainage composite with two filtering non-woven geotextile having a W configuration as longitudinal parallel channels. Minimum thickness ot be 7.2mm, with two filtering UV stabilized polypropelene non-woven geotextile of minimum thickness 0.75mm having pore size of 150 micron and tensile strength of 8kN/m and having plane flow capacity of 2.1L/(m.s) at a hydraulic gradient of 1.0 and 20.0 kPa pressure, tensile strength of 18kN/m, with mass per unit area of 740gsm. Including all materials, , machinery, labour,lead & lifts etc. complete . complete as per drawing and technical specification and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Weephole:.Providing weep holes in Brick masonry/Plain/Reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall/return wall with 100 mm dia AC pipe, extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1V :20H towards drawing foce. Complete as per drawing and Technical specifications Note: 1. In case of stone masonry, the size of the weep hole shall be 150 mm x 80 mm or circular with 150 mm diameter Including all materials, , machinery, labour,lead & lifts etc. complete . complete as per drawing and technical specification and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Vegetation: Vegetating the excavated area, including planting live stakes of low height with mulch and top soil, protecting the plants, watering the plant during construction phase and maintenance period all completed and as directed by Engineer-In-charge. Contractor should refer forest official/local horticulturist and plan mulch, top-soil and mixed low height vegetation and grass plantation, including hydro seeding or any other method, suitable to local flora-fauna, and serve as erosion control measure as per approval

Maintenance of drains: Repairing and maintenance of all the drains as and when required. This include clearing, cleaning,reshaping, regrading, deepening of berm drains, catchwater drains, cascade drains etc. complete

Sign Board: Providing and fixing of retro reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign boards as per IRC :67 made of Class-B Type IV Providing and fixing of retro reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC :67 made of Class-B Type IV retro reflective sheeting fixed over 3mm/4mm thick Aluminium composite material sheet vide clause 801.3, depending on the size of the sign fixed over back support frame of min 25 x 25 x 3mm Angle mounted on a mild steel a mild steel circular pipe 65 NB, 3.2 mm thickness, firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M25 grade cement concrete 45 cm x 45 cm x 60 cm, 60 cm below ground level as per approved drawing. Stone Masonry: Random rubble Stone masonry in cement mortar (1:3) complete Including all materials, , machinery, labour,lead & lifts etc. complete . complete as per drawing and technical specification and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Instrumentation and monitoring- Piezometer: Supply and installation of Vibrating wire (VW) piezometers, data loggers and other hardware and accessories required for setting up the instrument and connecting it to data logger, as per the technical specifications. This rate is inclusive of drilling for installation.

Instrumentation and monitoring-Inclinometer: Supply and installation of in place inclinometer sensor. The rate is inclusive of drilling, all the accessories, couplings and core PU sheathered sensor signal cable attached to sensor for specified length/depth of borehole, protective ropes and the Data logger and other hardware and accessories required for setting up the instrumentation and connecting it to data logger, as per the technical specifications.

Erosion control mat: Supply of Erosion Control Geomat (for surficial erosion control) consisting of 2 layers of polymeric netting, having aperture size of 20mm x 20mm and a middle layer of coir as per Specifications. Max. width of rolls/each composite mat shall be 5m. This includes fixing of U-pin on slope/berms including top of cutting for anchoring of Geomat as per approved scheme and providing of grass sods and placing over Geomat so as to completely cover it, including watering for 2 weeks with all labour, tools & materials alongwith lead & lift etc. complete

H frame for anchored gabion: Providing, cutting to required size and fabrication of H type frame using ISA 60X60X6, ISMC 100 and placing the same behind the gabion units as required including all material, labor, machinery etc., complete as per detailed technical specifications and as directed by engineer in charge.

Loose Scaling: Scaling of loose mass/ rock chunk lyining on the slope i/c all cost of machines, labour, material, breaking of rock pieces, disposal of muck within a lead of 2km, as directed by engineer in charge, Technical Specifications.

DT Mesh: Double twisted hexagonal steel wire mesh (DT mesh),of type 10x12, wire Ø 2.7/3.7mm, Zn+PVC and mechanically selvedged as per IS 16014:2012, interlaced longitudinally during manufacturing with steel wire ropes of 8mm of grade 1770MPa at a spacing of 1.5m confirming to ISO 2408, with all leads and lifts, manpower and machinery, materials, labour etc. complete and as directed by Engineer - In - Charge confirming to detailed Technical specifications.

Pressure relief valve components:Supply of PVC Pressure Release / Relief Valves in Plate & Socket Type design with Silt-Protector, Rubber Flap, Required Weight and PVC Anchor Collar for proper bondage of Valve-Body with PVC Housing Pipe 160mm OD/4kg having length of 750mm (Perforated Portion – 600mm). PVC Strainer Pipe of 90mm OD/6Kg will be 600 mm (Perforated Portion – 500mm). PVC Housing Pipe will have holes of 12mm and Strainer Pipe will have holes of 10mm. The perforated portion of both pipes will be covered with Nylon Jali and one End Cap at one end will be provided.including cost of all materials, labour etc. complete with lead and all lifts, complete as per drawing and technical specification and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and forming 610x610x975 mm deep filter drain pocket around pressure relief pipe consisting of 75 mm thick each layer with 20 - 40 mm graded gravel layer & 5-20 mm graded gravel and sand layer including cost of all materials, labour etc. complete with lead up to 50 m and all lifts. complete as per drawing and technical specification and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Costruction of Access Road as per PWD noms( s n 1 to 13 of Annexure 4 of letter no 60 dated 14.01.2020 about hill road construction ) including necessary as required retaining walls,breast walls,cause way,parapits, proper gradient,super elevations,drains and disposal debris as per Engineer incharge.

Drilling appoximatately 75 mm dia vertical holes by calyx or any other rotary process complete with all lead and lift , as per drawing and technical specification and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Grouting cement slurry in grout holes under specified pressure for consolidation/cutain grouting including field permeability tests before and after grouting with cost of all materials, machinery, labour, redrilling wherever necessary ventilation, lightening drainage and other ancillary operation etc. complete with all leads and lift.
