Note –Sanding of surface to be done by mechanical sander with 1500-2700 rpm, with internal dust extraction system for clean environment certified by paint manufacturer. Proper masking to be carried out before primer and paint application.

M&L for preparation of wall surface incl for One coat water based premium acrylic smooth exterior emulsion i.e. Weathercoat Long Life 10 (of approved colour) with PU & silicon additives, excellent dirt pick up resistance with low VOC less than 50 gram/litre as per the LEEDS specifications, Anti Algai properties in two coats @1.79 ltr (undiluted)/ 10 sqm diluted with water as per manufacturer instructions applied over priming coat of HS Seal-o-prime with Berger Pro (or equivalent) spray 3.21 fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of min 1 ltr per minute having pressure of 3300 PSI. Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface in both the coats of paint complete all as specified and directed.

M & L complete removal of existing treatment surface of walls and preparation of wall and applying 1 mm thick acrylic wall care putty and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of alkali resistance priming paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted wooden surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted iron/steel surface , CGI/PGI steel roof sheets, over 10cm in with or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel roof paint complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc., including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc.
