Outsourcing of services for manning and operation of Central Air Heating Plant at SNCOs Mess for three shifts (round the clock) including sunday and holiday by deploying three skilled operator (One operator for 08 hrs in one shift) for operation of installed equipments / machinery comprising of the following complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge:- (a)Thermic fluid heater capacity 100000 K Cal/hr. Model No. TPCm-02. Make: Thermopac with control panel with all logic circuit as per diagram, sequence controller switch, differential pressure switch, fuel gauge burner with relined valve including pump, blower motor etc - 02 Nos (b) Thermic fluid circulating pump with squirrel cage induction motor – 02 Nos (c) Two Nos Thermic fluid tank, one for circulating of thermic fluid and one for storage to overflow of condensed oil. (d) Fan coil unit floor mounted of capacity 1.5/2.0 TR Make-universal, with single phase motor, inlet/outlet valves, air gauge valve, thermostatic control with all connected accessories with temperature controller complete with logic pauses circuit complete – 17Nos

Item 1.00 Contd...... NOTE : (i) Contractor shall make arrangement of 0.5 HP motor and PVC pipe for filling overhead diesel tank and cost of the same shall be deemed to be included in quoted rate. (ii)Fuel like Diesel and lubricants shall be issued under Sch'B' free for filling. (iii) The Operator deployed by the contractor must be of proper trade 10+2 pass having minimum 02 (Two) years experience/a person having 07 years experience in the relevant trade/Ex-serviceman of the relevant trade. (iv) The personnel employed by the contractor must have Aadhar number and Bank account. The contractor shall pay salary not less than minimum wages fixed by State Govt. / Central Govt./LAHDC( whichever is higher), directly into the Bank Account of the personnel employed. The payment to the contractor will be made only after submission of proof of payment of wages through Aadhar linked Bank account by contractor / firm in the worker’s account. (v) Also refer note No. 17 of Sch Á'Notes on srl Page No 15 here-in-before (vi) Complete tool kit shall be provided by the contractor to each operator for general maintenance of the equipments and the machinery installed in the installation.

Model No. TPCm-02. Outsourcing of services for manning and operation of installation of Central Heating Plant, Hot Water Boiler & Air Space Heater installed at New CNGO Complex & MT Section for two shifts (each shift of eight hours) including sunday and holiday by deploying two skilled operator (One operator for 08 hrs in one shift) including de-scaling, de- carbonising of generator fortnightly with proper T & P required for maintenance, adjustment of safety devices, draining of pipeline/operation of water control valves as shown at site to avoid freezing effect in lines, emergency light arrangement, access to valve with ladder complete all as specified and as per details given below :- (i) Central Heating Plant of capacity 200000 K Cal/hr. – 01 No. (ii) Hot water generator of Cap 100000Kcal/Hr of make THERMAX - 01 No. (iii) Air space heater - 02 Nos.
