Shifting of PAT MCC to a temporary shed related to demolishing of PAT pump house at Q10 birth WI-CD, FACT.

Supply of materials required for ladder type cable tray upto 300mm wide, including supports using ISA 50X50X5/6, ISMC 75X50x6, 25X5/6 flat etc at various locations in Q10 berth installations of FACT. The supplied items shall be unloaded at suitable location in the Willingdon installation of FACT as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge. Payment shall be made on the basis of measurement of dimensions of structural steel items actually installed multiplied by the unit weight applicable for various sections.

Fabrication, painting, unloading and erection of ladder type cable tray upto 300mm wide, including supports using ISA 50X50X5/6, ISMC 75X50x6, 25X5/6 flat etc at various locations in Q10 berth installations of FACT. The erection scope shall include handling of materials at site, storage, inspection, safe custody, welding, cutting, making bolt holes, painting with two coats of epoxy paint over two coats of suitable epoxy primer after cleaning with wire brush including supply of paint, wire brush etc.The supplied epoxy paint shall be of Berger/Asian Paints/Nerolac or equivalent. Supply scope includes welding rods, LPG/Oxygen cylinders, bolts, nuts, washers, cement, sand, etc. The bolts, nuts, washers shall be of GI. The fabricated cable tray supports shall be welded to the MS structurals or fixed onto walls. The contractor shall supply and fix sufficient anchor bolts of size not less than 12x100 mm at an interval of 1 meter for fixing the cable tray/ support if MS structurals are not present. The work shall be carried out as per the instructions of the Electrical Engineer-in-charge. The erection scope also includes fixing of existing cable trays to the newly fabricated supports.

The cable shall be supplied at Q10 installation of FACT at Willingdon Island and must be unloaded as per the instruction of engineer-in-charge. The scope of work includes dismandling MCC and all incoming/outgoing cables and shifting to nearest temporary shed./reassembling/fixing the MCC and providing 1 number of incoming cable of size 3.5 cores x 400 sq.mm. and 5 numbers of out going power cables (2 no.s of 3 cores x 50 sq.mm., 2 no.s of 3 cores x 35 sq.mm., 1 no.s of 3.5 cores x 185 sq.mm.) and 4 numbers of control cables (5 cores x 2.5 sq.mm.) in newly fabricated cable tray/trench with suitable single compression gland.
