Insulation at 403 Rectification of leakages to the 350mm dia chilled water pipe line passing through the Room No 403 Protocol section in the ground floor of Assembly Building at KLC Thiruvananthapuram

Dismantling the existing and damaged insulation coating and providing new insulation to the 350mm chilled water pipeline passing through the Room no 403 Assy block of KLC including all taxes except GST.

OD6371/2023-2024:Dismantling the old damaged insulation of chilled water pipe line having size 350mm passing through the Room No 403 in the ground floor of Assy Buliding without damage to the pipe line and disposing the dismantled waste material 150m away from the site as per the direction of the Departmental officers at site.

OD6372/2023-2024:Scrapping, cleaning and painting with one coat anti corrosive bitumen primer over the cleaned surface of the pipes including cost of materials , labour etc complete as per the direction of the Departmental officers at site

OD6373/2023-2024:Lifting the 350mm chilled water header pipeline with full of water for providing pipe support with Teak wooden piece for proper reinsulation work including all materials and labour charges etc complete as per the direction of departmental officers at site.

OD6374/2023-2024:Providing new insulation coating to the 350mm chilled water pipeline covered with 50 mm thick high density EPS (Expanded Poly Styrene) section by pasting with bitumen compound and covered the section with 500g polythene sheet tied with chiken wire mesh including cost of materials, labour etc complete as per the direction of the Departmental officers at site.

OD6375/2023-2024:Plastering with cement mortar 1:4, 12mm thick one coat over the EPS insulation, chiken mesh including cost of materials , labour etc complete as per the direction of the Departmental officers at site

OD6376/2023-2024:Shifting,loading,unloading and desposing the dismantled waste material from KLC campus to 25 Km away including all lead and lifts etc ,Tipper conveyance charges etc complete.

13.43.1:Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface:Water thinnable cement primer

14.53.1:Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade:One or more coats on old work

OD6395/2023-2024:Cutting and removing the old damaged particle board from the partition wall over the slab for resting the chilled water pipe line of Assembly block and removing the same as per the direction of the Departmental officers at site.

21.2.1:Providing and fixing 12 mm thick prelaminated particle board flat pressed three layer or graded wood particle board conforming to IS : 12823 Grade I Type II, in panelling fixed in aluminum doors, windows shutters and partition frames with C.P. brass / stainless steel screws etc. complete as per architectural drawings and directions of Engineer - in- Charge.Pre-laminated particle board with decorative lamination on one side and balancing lamination on other side
