Hiring of Hydraulic Excavator cum loader for cutting in earth work, removal of slips, cleaning of drains and catch pit / dressing of berm in all kinds of soil and trimming of side slopes and disposing of earth upto any lead from various sites of work with in all leads and lifts and to entir satisfaction of Engineer in Charge. Any loss to the public / private property or any accident etcetera happened during the course of hiring period shall be absolute responsibility of the contractor. The repair and spares including watch and ward of machines shall also be borne by the contractor / owner. The daily log book will be maintained at site which should be duly verified by the Engineer - in - Charge.

Laying, jointing of (by way of circumfrential butt welded joints by electrical arc welding) and testing of MS pipe of following dia meters confirming to ISO 3183-2007, steel grade specified below (latest with upto date amendments) having wall thickness as specified below with bevelled ends and capable of withstanding required test pressure in a random length of 4 to 7 meters, including manufacturing reducers/ tapers, all short pieces, beds etc. as per site requirement made from parent tubes. The laying of pipe will include all operation such as cutting, welding, jointing, fabrication of bends, tees etc. including lowering and laying in excavated trenches to ensure required level including flushing, cleaning and hydraulic testing complete in all respects to the satisfaction of the Engineer in charge. The fabricated bends shall have three or four cuts having its radius not less than five times the dia of pipe. The pipes shall be factory galvanized (zinc coating both inside and outside) as per relevant IS standards. The welding electrodes shall be as per IS 814 of Advani Oerlikon/ L&T or ISI marked make. The rates also includes entire carriage of material, flushing, cleaning & hydraulic testing complete to the best satisfaction & direction of Engineer in charge with in all leads and lifts. Manufacturing of Reducing Tee of MS Pipe (ISO:3183) of 500x500x450 mm diametre i/c cutting of MS pipes, welding of MS pipes (by circumfrential butt welded joints by electrical arc welding) complete in all respect including all leads and lifts as per entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.
