Removal of 132 KW Motor ( Marathon make) for pump No. 1 & 2 from its base after disconection of all power & signal cables carefully, for detection of fault thoroughly. Inspection and checking for finding out the damaged spare parts after dismantling it as required, minor rectification required and placing them in a safe position to make it ready for further any maintenance process as per direction of EIC.

Reparing of Motor bearing housing at both D.E & NDE by machining and re-sleeving.

Replacement of DE & NDE (Deep Groove Ball) Bearing (Make: SKF/ FAG) for Motor6316-C3

Fitting charge for all the replaceable spare parts of motor

Installation of 132 KW Motor ( Marathon make) for pump No. 1 & 2 to its original position properly and re establishment of all power & signal cables carefully, as per direction of EIC.

Loading-unloading and transportation charges for bothway from the pump floor to workshop and back to pump house including loading and unloading of all the necessary Motor / pump components such as motor stator, rotor, pump impeller, pump shaft, sleeves etc of as required, which has already been dismantled before by the existing agency under the scope of ongoing Operation and maintenance as per the direction of E.I.C.

Reparing & overhauling of pump no. 1 & 2, by dismantling all the pump components part by part for detection of fault, throughout inspection and checking for finding out all the damaged spare parts. Rectification / replacement of spare parts as necessary as per the direction of E.I.C. The details of the works are as follows:

Dismantling of DE & NDE bearing from impeller shaft , sleeves, staffing box bush, jam nut, removal of impeller by hydraulic puller etc part by part for complete checking by pump experts, removal of greese and other foreign particles from each parts with the help of jute, emery paper and other necessary materials.

S.S Material deposition by metal spraying on the pitted portion of the convex side and leading edges of all the vaned on impeller and removal of the excess material through turning operation to the required limit for necessary rectification of the shafts.

S.S Material deposition by metal spraying on impeller / intermediate / head shaft and removal of the excess material through subsequent turning operation on lathe to the required limit for necessary rectification of the shafts.

Replacement of DE & NDE (Deep Groove Ball) Bearing (Make: SKF/ FAG) for pump A. 6319 C3

Reparing of pump bearing housing at both D.E & NDE by machining and re-sleeving.

Reparing & servicing of 400 mm BFV by removing it from delivery pipe line after closing the inlet sluice valve properly and dismantling actuaror & gear box, conducting necessary inspection & checking thoroughly,rectification / replacement of necessary spare parts as required & re-installing it to its original position by supplying new gaskets & fasteners as required, mounting gear box & actuator assembly all complete as per the direction of E.I.C

Reparing & servicing of 400 mm NRV by removing it from delivery pipe line after closing the inlet sluice valve properly, conducting necessary inspection & checking thoroughly, rectification / replacement of necessary spare parts, hydraulic cylinder ram, water seal etc as required & re-installing it to its original position by supplying new gaskets & fasteners as required as per the direction of E.I.C

Dismantling of Electrical actuator & gear box, repairing of shaft seal, reaplacment of quarter turn & worm gear,reassembly of whole set up & limit setup of actuator of Butterfly valve.

Reparing & servicing of BFV actuator with the help of expert mechanic as per direction of E.I.C

Supply, delivery, fitting fixing of de-watering Pump 1.5 HP, Three Phase, 415 Volt all complete as per direction of E.I.C (Make: Kirloskar Brothers Limited)
