Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for laying of cable etc including getting out soft/loose soil complete all as specified.

Excavation in trenches (Earth work in excavation) by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5m, as directed by Engineer-incharge

Supply, laying, connecting, jointing and testing of DI pipe with spigot and socket ends, class K-7 conforming to IS: 8329/2000 suitable for (push-on) rubber gasket jointing with centrifugally applied inside cement mortar lining with sulpher resistant with a finishing layer of black bitumen coating on external surfaces in any length, laid in trenches as per IS 12288 (1987) complete all as specified and as directed of the following sizes :

M&L for Cleaning of underground RCC reserviour(sump) 2,00,000 gallon (inner compartment capacity 1,60,000 gallons, outer compartment capacity 40,000 gallons) at main pump house, by draining out stored water completely with mud, pumping out and throwing away manually with buckets and cleaning of inner surface of bottom and walls of sump after removing complete accumulated sludge/mud, dirt etc and scraping all inner surfaces with steel wire brush and finally washing with fresh water two times, disinfecting the reserviour with 2% solution of potassium permanganate, two coat of white wash inside of the sump and two coat of snowcem paint to the out side of the sump including writing date of cleaning with white synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cleaning of underground RCC reserviour(sump) 25000 gallon at MAP pump house, by draining out stored water completely with mud, pumping out and throwing away manually with buckets and cleaning of inner surface of bottom and walls of sump after removing complete accumulated sludge/mud, dirt etc and scraping all inner surfaces with steel wire brush and finally washing with fresh water two times, disinfecting the reserviour with 2% solution of potassium permanganate, two coat of white wash inside of the sump and two coat of snowcem paint to the out side of the sump including writing date of cleaning with white synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling existing pipe connections and electrical connections and lifting up the submersible pump and motor with submersible cable to ascertain the fault occured in PH of borewell open type/In house type with depth not less than 200M of cap 60 HP type , 3 phase 415 volts 50 HZ carefully and transporting to workshop for repair and bringing back at site after repair and lowering the same including making the water and electric connection including commissioning and testing complete. Note :- (i) Repair of submersible pump and pump motor shall be measured & paid separately under respective item of this schedule. (ii) T&P shall be arranged by the contractor. (iii) Transportation of pump set from site to workshop and bringing back at site inclusive in quoted rate.

Note :- (i) Repair of submersible pump and pump motor shall be measured & paid separately under respective item of this schedule. (ii) T&P shall be arranged by the contractor. (iii) Transportation of pump set from site to workshop and bringing back at site inclusive in quoted rate.

De-assembling of electric motor of 45 KWs/60HP of submersible pump set cutting and removing the existing burnt winding wire of any gauge, cleaning and making good the slots, rewinding the electric motor with PVC insulated copper wire of appropriate size/gauge, application of insulating material & varnishing including replacing of ball bearings-02 Nos, moisture seal and re-assembling the motor, commissioning & testing complete to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge all as specified and directed.

De-assembling of submersible pump assembly of cap 60 HP Make-KSB, for repair by replacing of company recomended parts of Mechanical seal - 2 Nos, CI impeller - 1 No, Lower Bearing - 1 No, O Ring - 1 No, Spiral plate - 1 No, Compay recomended Lubriucating oil - 7 Ltrs, Moisture sensor including bolts, nuts and washers, re-assembling the same and comisioning & testing complete all as specified and directed.

De-assembling of electric motor of 10-20 KWs of submersible pump set (Make KSB), cutting and removing the existing burnt winding wire of any gauge, cleaning and making good the slots, rewinding the electric motor with PVC insulated copper wire of appropriate size/gauge, application of insulating material & varnishing including replacing of ball bearings-02 Nos, moisture seal and re-assembling the motor, commissioning & testing complete to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge all as specified and directed.

De-assembling of submersible pump assembly of cap 25 HP Make-KSB, for repair by replacing of company recomended parts of Mechanical seal - 2 Nos, CI impeller - 1 No, Lower Bearing - 1 No, O Ring - 1 No, Spiral plate - 1 No, Company recomended Lubriucating oil - 7 Ltrs, Moisture sensor including bolts, nuts and washers, re-assembling the same and comisioning & testing complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting electrical connection from panel and detachment from Pump and Mot Base Frame and existing pipes for carrying out repairs and rewinding to 30 HP capacity mono block pump set, motor, 3 phase 415 Volt of any make Kirloskar, Jyoti, Crompton Greaves / Mother platt) with super enameled copper winding wire of appropriate gauge, insulation and varnishing with 'E' class varnish including replacement of water seal, dismantling existing motor from foundation after disconnecting electric connection transporting the same at work shop for repair and back at site after repair, reassembling with pump, commissioning and testing etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M and L for cleaning of RCC OH tank of Cap 2 LG complete by adding 1 kg of bleaching powder in 10 Litres of water and pumping into the tank, leaving the mixture for 30 min and draining out all the dust and solid matter residue from drain pipe of inner and outer tank by pumping the water into the inner and outer tank for sufficient time complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:- the access ladder of OH tank is not in service and OH tank is not approachable

Demolition of existing valve pit and M&L for construction of valve pit consisisting of 230mm thick, old size brick masonry wall in cement mortar (1:6), PCC (1:4:8) type D2, using 40mm graded stone aggregete as in fondation, PCC (1:2:4) type B1, using 20mm graded stone aggregete in coping/bed, finished even and smooth, rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) internally and 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) externally, finished even and smooth without using extra cement incuding three coats of white wash and earth work in any type of soil and including 2 mm thick MS sheet cover fixed on 40mmx40mmx6mm thick angle iron frame ambeded in PCC coping with locking arrangement and mild steel hold fast & handle and duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of primer etc. as specified and directed for the size 1350mm x 1000mm x 1200mm

M & L rendering 15 mm thick plaster in CM 1:6 on brick work or concrete surface, finished even & smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M and L for breakdown maintainence of 300mm MS/CI pipes between GTPH to GE (A) Gandhinagar by providing Special T and P (JCB, Hydra, Crane) and taking shutdown from GWS&SB to ensure the work carried out in online/offline with coordination of contractor to GWS&SB and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M and L for repair of leakage in MS pipe with special T and P ( e.g JCB, Crane, Welding Machine) of Size 300 mm inner dia by using Heavy duty MS pipe line Clamps alongwith nut bolts and necessary accessories complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M and L for repair of leakage withwith special T and P ( e.g JCB, Crane, Welding Machine) for Online pipe leak repair joints with rubber gaskets, adhesive, nut bolts of adequate size of CI/DI pipe with dia not less than 250/200mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Repair to existing damaged valve chamber of any size by PCC work using 20mm graded stone aggregete in coping/bed, finished even and smooth, rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) internally and 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) externally, finished even and smooth without using extra cement incuding three coats of white wash including 2 mm thick MS sheet cover suitable with exsiting chamber fixed on 40mmx40mmx6mm thick angle iron frame ambeded in PCC coping with locking arrangement and mild steel hold fast & handle and duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of primer etc. as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling/taking Out path/Interlocking tiles/ chequered tiles from the site safely laid bedded and pointed in any mortar, kept in custody and relaying the same after execution of work at existing site incl PCC work complete all as speciifed and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60×60cm.× 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less'than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to using galvanised iron strip 32x6 mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion all as specified and directed by ENgr-in-charge

Note for item 1 to 45, for any damage to MES property (Path, walls, Road, UG cable, UG pipes etc) done by the contractor while execution of work shall be repaired by the contrcator within 2 Hrs of breakdown if it pertains to E/m Ext Elec, Ext water Supply to avoid hampering of services in Stn without claiming any extra cost from the Department.

Material and labour for providing dry river sand as in sand cushioning to UG cable including punning gently all as directed. Complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Depth after punning shall be measured and paid.

M and L for repair of bracket by welding of new additional pipe of dia 20 mm-25mm upto 0.3 m in order to make it compatible with existing LED street light fitting for mounting incl repair to bracket clamp by suitable nut bolts, clamps etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M and L for painting of PCC pole by one coat of cement based paint and two coat of Birla white weather paint/waether coat complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

M and L for paintiing of PCC poles by synthetic enamel paint as such Zebra painting of alternate height of yellow and black for 300 mm of each colour upto 3 levels of each colour per PCC poles complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M and L for paintiing of steel tubular poles by synthetic enamel paint as such Zebra painting of alternate height of yellow and black for 300 mm of each colour upto 3 levels of each colour per steel tubular poles complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and Fix in repair tricolour LED flexible rope light, IP 65 protection, rust resistant, water resistant, with surge protection 3.5 kV, 120 LED per meter, 6 Mtr Length, Wide Operating Voltage Range (140V-300V), life of minimum 15000 Hrs complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking out carefully from existing grouted position PCC/steel tubular poles by using special T&P (Crane, JCB, Hydra) from the site by removing all the cradles, cross arm, complete incl all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:- Taken out poles should be transported out of the mil stn Gnr to the charge of the contractor rate of which shall deemed to be incl in quoted rate

Labour and special T &P for erection and grouting of Steel tubular swaged poles complete with MS base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified (8.5 metres long) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in foundtion of PCC poles/struts all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate for padestal/coping around poles, including necessary form work, finishing even and smooth without using extra cement, all as specified and directed.
