Source Development by installing 200 mm deep tube well of approximate depth 150.0 m. including providing all necessary casing pipe, slotted strainer, pea gravels for well packing, bentonite clay etc.; providing all labour, machinery & equipment; developing of the well for minimum 100 hours etc. and including providing 2.0 m. high chain link fencing (for a plot size of 2.0 m. x 2.0 m.) with MS Angle post in CC foundation, M/S. gate with locking arrangement etc., all complete as directed and specified.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of submersible type Raw Water Pumping machinery giving discharge of including providing all necessary electrical switch gears etc. all complete, as specified & directed

(i) Installation of submersible set (17.50HP) including supplying with all accessories Installation of submersible pumping set (17.5 HP) for DTW IV at WTP site including supplying with all accessories

(ii) Installation of submersible pumping set (20 HP) for DTW I,II,III including supplying with all accessories

Supplying, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning of average 150 mm dia. DI / SS Class-K9 pipe as Raw Water Conveying Main (as per all relevant BIS specification) from 4 Nos. Deep Tube Well to Sprinkler type Aerator at Treatment Plant including all necessary earthwork, valves & specials, valve chamber, supporting structures, anchor / thrust block etc., restoration of road hard crust / side bam , including obtaining permission for laying of pipe line along / across any Govt. / Semi Govt./ Private property, and including payment of all Taxes & duties as applicable under rule, all complete, as directed and specified

Construction of Water Treatment Plant of capacity 5.6 MLD (in 16 hours of operation and with raw water from underground source) with suitable design in conformity with the CPHEEO Manual and all relevant BIS Code of practices with latest amendment, current at the time of design & execution, having provision for sprinkler type aeration, rapid mixing, sedimentation & Filtration followed by disinfection, including all necessary Mechanical and Electrical Installation Work suitable for smooth & trouble free operation of the plant, Provision for Back Washing, Chemical house with Laboratory Facility including laboratory equipment and Storage accommodation, filter back wash water tank, sludge disposal system, recycling of back wash water, all internal connection & by-pass piping system with all necessary electrical fittings & fixtures viz., light / fan / power socket etc., all complete, as directed and specified

Providing electrical power connection to treatment Plant and DTW sites including drawal of electrical power line from the nearby APDCL Grid, setting up of required capacity Sub-Station, providing electrical control panel & metering unit etc. and including obtaining necessary approval & load sanction from APDCL and payment of supervision & other charges to APDCL, including all internal and external electrification work for compound lighting etc .if any, all complete, as specified & directed including supply and installation of Clear water pumps and motors.

Supplying, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning of 200mmdia DI /S.S. Class K-9 pipe as Clear Water Conveying Main (as per all relevant BIS specification) from RCC Under Ground Treated Water Sump at treatment plant to RCC elevated service reservoir including all necessary earthwork, valves & specials, valve chamber, supporting structures, anchor / thrust block etc., including obtaining permission for laying of pipe line along / across any Govt. / Semi Govt./ Private property, and including payment of all Taxes & duties as applicable under rule, all complete, as directed and specified

Providing different capacity RCC Elevated Service Reservoir with 16.0 m. high RCC staging with suitable RCC Foundation including all necessary inlet/ outlet/ overflow/ draining etc. piping arrangement with control valves, M.S. ladder with guard ring for ascending to the inspection canopy and then to the Roof of the reservoir, Air Vent pipes, Manhole with frame & cover at roof, float operated inlet valve, calibrated water level indicator, lightening arrestor with earthing system, providing CC topping on bottom dome & conical dome inside the reservoir & CC Skirting on inner faces of reservoir wall, providing cement mortar plaster to all other exposed surfaces of the structure and painting of the RCC structure with weather resistant cement paint over priming coat & anti corrosive paint over a coat of lead primer to M.S. work, etc., all complete (as per all relevant BIS or ISO specification), as directed and specified

Survey Works

Conducting route survey on command area map along the road, fixing up alignment, taking levels at every 50 m intervals , and at each crossing & junction of road, change of alignment by qualified surveyors and with modern equipment viz. GPS, Total Station, DGPS and Auto Level, and preparation of drawing in Auto CAD showing the alignment of road, route of pipeline, location of Head Works & other Tube Well sites, important land marks in both side of the roads, habitation by hatch mark and submission of 6 (Six) copies of drawing (Hard Copy) as well as soft copy in (CD or DVD) with geo reference of all landmarks, important road crossings, head Works & other related sites.
