Providing and installation of LT power panel and laying of LT cable from D3 Mess substation to UG Hostel at South campus of IIT Mandi

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of above 185 sq. mm and upto 400 sq. mm direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc as required as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for 3½ X 300 sq. mm (70mm) size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for 3½ X 400 sq. mm (62mm) size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Supplying of 3.5 Core x 300 Sq. mm of 1.1 KV Aluminium conductor XLPE Insulated, PVC extruded inner-sheathed, round wired armoured, overall PVC outer-sheathed (as per IS 7098 Part 1) with latest amendments as required as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Supplying of 3.5 Core x 400 Sq. mm of 1.1 KV Aluminium conductor XLPE Insulated, PVC extruded inner-sheathed, round wired armoured, overall PVC outer-sheathed (as per IS 7098 Part 1) with latest amendments as required as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Supplying ,Installation, testing, and Commissioning of Main Power Panel(Out Door) of suitable size with 1500 A TP+N Aluminium Bus Bar to accommodate the following MCCb's/MCB'S and made out of minimum 2 mm thick CRCA sheet powder coated complete with MCCB's, MCB's with Rotary Handle ,Multifunction meter, LED indicators, interconnections, internal wiring, earthing etc. as required with hinged door mounted from front and back open able with locking arrangement having bottom & Top cable entry duly fixed 90 cms above G/L with mounting legs made out of 50 mm X 50 mm X 6 mm angle iron, brick masonry & Top hood for rain protection i/c connections / inter connections and fixing of following accessories etc. complete as required with following Components- 1200 A ,50 ka TPN ACB – Incomer Outgoings – 400 A, 50 ka TPN MCCB - 4 200 A, 36 ka TPN MCCB - 1 125 A, 26 ka TPN MCCB - 1 63 A, 10 KA TPN MCB - 3
