For all items — Commencement : Within 2 Days of issue of Contract, Completion : Within 8 Months thereafter — 50% of the total quantity shall be supplied by the firm within 4 months, and the remaining 50% shall be supplied after 01.03.27 . Delivery schedule indicated is tentative and may likely to change at the time of tender settlement depending upon the requirment of Railways

Payment Terms

100% payment against receipt, acceptance and accountal of material by the consignee at destination.

Statutory Variation Clause

Statutory Variation Clause shall be applicable as per Para 8.1 of Integrated Bid Document of ECR (IBD v3.0).

Option Clause

Option clause is applicable as per clause 24 of IBD ( V-3.0) of ECR . Option clause will be applicable for all Pos valuing Rs. 1.5 crore and above.
