Dismantling stone slab flooring laid in cement mortar including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within in all leads & lifts, carriage of material by manual, mechanical transport, and mules & other incidential complete in all respects as per entire satisfaction of engineer-in- charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor etc., up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing: 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand) : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) in all leads & lifts, carriage of material by manual, mechanical transport, and mules & other incidential complete in all respects as per entire satisfaction of engineer-in- charge.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for : Retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses fillets, kerbs and steps etc. in all leads & lifts, carriage of material by manual, mechanical transport, and mules & other incidential complete in all respects as per entire satisfaction of engineer-in- charge.

Surface dressing of the ground including removing vegetation and in-equalities not exceeding 15 cm deep and disposal of rubbish, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m in all leads & lifts, carriage of material by manual, mechanical transport, and mules & other incidential complete in all respects as per entire satisfaction of engineer-in- charge.

Supplying, filling, spreading & leveling stone boulders of size range 5 cm to 20 cm, in recharge pit, in the required thickness, for all leads & lifts, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.in all leads & lifts, carriage of material by manual, mechanical transport, and mules & other incidential complete in all respects as per entire satisfaction of engineer-in- charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand): 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) in all leads & lifts, carriage of material by manual, mechanical transport, and mules & other incidential complete in all respects as per entire satisfaction of engineer-in- charge.
