PROVN OF RESURFACING AND WIDENING OF ROAD APPROACH PATH ETC AT GHUNGHORA UNDER GE DEHRADUN

M & L for Excavation over areas n.exc 1.50 m depth for foundation,etc getting out in hard/dense soil all as specified and directed by E-in-Charge.

M&L for 150 mm thick soling(or subbase)with broken boulders or quaried stone size range 100 mm to 50 mm, interstices filled, surface formed and rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed by E-in-Charge..

M&L for WBM 150 mm thick (compacted thickness) in two layer(75mm thick in each layer) with coarse aggregates of grading 2(63 to 40 mm size) spread , rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required complete all as specified and directed by E-in-Charge.

M & L for Preparing unsurfaced WBM surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. Sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. Complete all as specified and directed by E-in-Charge.

M&L for applying evenly using paving bitumen a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer at 10 kg per 10 sq metere complete all as specified and directed by E-in-Charge.

M&L for premixed bituminous macadam laid/rolled with power roller 8 to 12 tonne roller and compacted to required gradient & camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) and binder content 4% (Viscocity grade Bitumen VG-10) by weight of total mix all as specified laid over priming/Tack coat all as specified and directed by E-in-Charge. Note :-Preparing of surfaces and priming coat will be measured and paid seprately under respective item.

Preparing black top surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanningl the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc.and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primeriming/tack coat with bituminous primer (Cut back bitumen ) at 5Kg/10 Sqm complete all as specified and directed by E-in-Charge.

M&L for Bituminous premix asphaltic semi- dense concrete 40mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix,paved bitumin by hot mix process and laid by mechanical paver,rolled with 8 to 10 tonne capacity power roller and compacted to required camber and gradient to uniform smooth surfaces all as specified and directed by E-in-Charge.

M & L for Surface excavation n.exc (not exceeding) 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in soft and loose soil all as specified and directed by E-in-Charge.

M & L for Excavation in trenches, n exc 1.5 mtr wide and n exc 1.5 mtr in depth for foundation etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc. n exc 10 Sqm on plan and n exc 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for fabricated precast PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in solid kerb stones (400mmX300mmX150mm thick) laid over PCC jointed & pointed in CM (1:3) crushing strength of block not less than 2 KN/sqmm size & shape of block as approved by trhe GE complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for hardcore of gauge exc 63 mm but n.exc 100 mm deposited, spread and levelled in layers n.exc 15 cm thick, watered and rolled/rammed to a true surfaces in broken stone or boulder complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 20 mm graded stone agg as insub base for lay floor finishes complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for pre-polished pavement coloured chequred tiles glossy finish of size not less than 300 x 300 x 20-22mm thick with anti skid properties laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of road surfaces and applying thermoplastic reflective paint in marking of minimum 2.5mm thick single coat as in centre line and edge line road marking of 150/100 mm width using 'HOT MARK' thermoplastic paint (Hot apllication) white/ yellow by indigenous modern propelled road marking machine as directed including all ingredients such as blinder, glass beads Titanium dioxide calcium carbonate inter fillers, thermoplastic requirement for glass beads shall be the table No 800.4 of MOST specification including spraying of glass beads etc all as per manufacture instructions and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Cement concrete 1:4:8 Type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate ) in foundations, filling and mass concrete all as specified and directed by E-in-Charge.

M & L for removing excavated material exc 1.5 km n.exc 5 KM and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Providing, cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate ) as in road side berms,plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones complete all as specified and directed by E-in-Charge.
