It is estimated that 75% excavation will be in soil mixed with shingle bajri & boulders and 25% will be in medium rocks.For New Pipe Line

Private House connection with including cartage & Supply of all material Labour, T&P etc for proper completion of work from (50mm-80mm)

Earth work excavation by mechanical meants (Hydraulic Excavator)/manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m. including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed within a lead of 50 m. all kinds of soil.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size).

Brick work with F.P.S. bricks of class designation 75 in foundation and plinth in Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.

Brick work with F.P.S. bricks of class designation 75 in superstructure ( Half Brick thick) Cement mortar 1:4(1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

12 mm thick cement plaster in 1:6 ( 1 cement and 6 fine sand) mortar including supply of all material , labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade : New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/ 10 sqm)

Supply of all Material Labour T&P etc & construct SC P.C.C Drain along the boundrywall

Supply of all material labour T&P etc & Construct 3.60 m x3.00m wide Iron Gate with pillar and gate

Supply of All Material Labour, T&P, etc and Constrct of Pump House (3.60mX3.0m) as per type design, & drawing

Trial and Testing cost for 6 Months

Providing & Fixing Woltman type Bulk Water Meter Inline type, flange end with integral monted display and all necessary fittings etc complete.
