Providing stone masonry foundation for control panel and the dimension of the foundation 800(W) X 1000(H) X400(D) mm and the gap between the pillars is 350 mm for cable connection to the control panel. The foundation starts 300 mm below the ground after making 100 mm stone soiling and curing etc. The panel should be stand on the 4 stainless steel bolts (12mmX6") each bolt with four nuts & washers at 50 mm height from the foundation and complete.

Supplying, fixing and wiring earth electrode for panel using 40mm dia, 2.90 mm thick GI pipe 2.5 Mtr long with funnel with mesh and suitable size reducer fixed on the top of the electrode. The funnel should be enclosed in a CC chamber of 400 X400X400 mm with cast iron cover. The electrode shall have staggered holes of 12 mm dia and the electrode covered 150 mm all-round with alternate layers of salt and charcoal from the bottom of the CC chamber. The connection from the electrode is to be established through GI strip 25X3 mm from electrode to control panel 2 runs using GI bolts, nuts and washers. (including supply of GI strips for connection)

Supply and installation/fixing/provision of pole box with HRC fuse/MCB provision and suitable connector/terminal for 3ph/1 ph connections with loop-in and loop out terminals for 4Cx16 sq mm Al/Ar/Cu/Ar cable and branch out 2.5 sq.mm 3 core Al/Cu PVC insulated cable, enclosed in a thermoplastic, polystyrene enclosure, which should be shockproof, safe, IP 65 (weather proof, rust proof, dust proof, water proof having internally embedded gasket with provision for cable entry through IP65 Thermoplastic, polyamide glands and/or grommets. Size: 260mmX210mmX116mm

Supplying and fixing 10 amps, SP, miniature circuit breakers on existing MCB distribution boards using necessary fixing materials and C type curve, indicator On/Off, energy cross-3 with short circuit breaking capacity of 10K and complete wiring as required confirming to IEC 60898

Design, fabrication, supply and fixing of GI ismc U- channel of size 70x40mm of 600 mm horizontal length for fixing 2 Nos LED fittings back to back and vertical height of GI pipe 1500mm to 2000 mm, 40mm diameter with top & bottom GI base plate of size 75x75x6mm & 150mmx150 mm x 6mm on top of black stone compound wall as per site condition. Maintain level of LED flood light fittings height from maximum height of the compound wall to minimum height of the compound wall. Work also includes drilling of holes on black stone, supply of required SS nuts, bolts and washers etc. complete.

Supply and drawing of 4 Sq.mm single core flexible copper cable for Earthing to Flood light LED fittings from main Earth pit to individual fittings.
