OUTSOURCING OF SERVICES FOR MES E AND M INSTALLATIONS, STP, DG SETS, LIFT AT ZONE 1 UNDER GE (S) TEZPUR

Out sourcing of serving for operating to DG set at Zone 1 (HQ 4 Corps Signal complex) in restricted Army area for 24 Hrs in 3 shifts per day (03 Nos) FGM persons in working hours shift (6 AM to 2 PM) and (2 PM to 10 PM and 10 PM to 06 AM) from to all days including sundays and holidays, with one (01 No) skilled person as FGM for each shift to run the above said DG sets , control panel ,safety equipments incl carrying out the periodicaly / routine maintanence, cleaning and dusting etc all required works as directed . Note:- (i) The quoted rates shall deemed to be included for printing loog book and PRRB for as under plants, attandence register, with other required accessoris. (ii) Provision of dress for deployed staffs in proper code given by Deptt. (iii) The cost of required hygienise /cleaning to installation with apporx 10 Mtrs surrounded with required and cleaning material such as cotton wast, broom, distil water, lead to be re-set battery terminals/post, etc with all others. (iv) The cost of minior required T&P to be attanding complaint with all required safety measures to be perform duty. (v) Deployed electricians shall be responsible to attand the all nature of electic complaints. (vi) The cost of trade men tool set with all std safety materials required to perform duties safely. (vii) Salary shall be paid by contractor to hired persons through Individual bank account with full fill all labour commission's direction and rules.

Out sourcing of serving for operating to power house and electrical services of Zone 1 by round the clock i.e. 24 hours in 3 shifts per day in all days including sunday /holiday (03 Nos) electrician as skilled persons in working hours shift (6 AM to 2 PM) and (2 PM to 10 PM and 10 PM to 06 AM) from to all days shifts to attending the all nature of electrical complaints for rectification/ repair/ maint about all E/M assets located / installed in this resticated area such as step down transformers 11KV/433 Volts, LT /HT feeder /control panels , LT/HT overhead line / UG cables, DG Sets, internal electification of bldgs, submain ,distribution board ,control /sub DBs ,all type security /street lights etc complete all nature of works , maintaning the complaint register properely as directed. Note:- (i) Quoted rate shall be included cottenwast, distil water,printing complaint book/complain slip/ job card etc others required stationary as directed. (ii) All out sourcing persons shall be reporting on directed time for duties. Out sourcing for oprerating to lift 8 Passengers capacity installed at Zone 1 HQ 4 Corps restricted area for 16 hours in 02 Nos 8 hours each shift in all days including sunday / holidays with one (01 No) lift oprator as skilled person in each 8 hours of two shifts and carrying out all routine periodical maintanence and cleaning works all as recommended and directed. (ii) Provision of dress for deployed staffs in proper code given by Deptt. Out sourcing for Power House located at Zone 1 HQ 4 Corps resticed areaby providing 24 hours in 3 shifts per day in all days including sunday /holiday (03 Nos) helper as semi- skilled person against above item no 4 (skilled electrician) for round the clock i.e. in working hours shift (6 AM to 2 PM) and (2 PM to 10 PM and 10 PM to 06 AM) including Sunday/holiday for helping/ doing all other site works as directed.
