Recycling of Bituminous Pavement with Central Recycling Plant (Recycling pavement by cold milling of exiting bituminous layers, planning the surface after cold milling, reclaiming excavated material to the extent of 30 % of the required quantity, hauling and stock piling the reclaimed material near the central recycling plant after carrying out necessary checks and evaluation, adding fresh material including rejuvenators as required, mixing in a hot mix plant, transporting and laying at site and compacting to the required grade, level and thickness, all as specified in clause 519.) Providing and laying Dense Bituminous Macadam with the use of batch type HMP using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.25% by weight of total mix of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects. Supply and fixing of precast R.C.C. Slab of 1.00 M x 0.50M x 0.10M in size in RCC grade M25 encased with 3.0 mm thick MS plate includind cost of reinforcement, all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.
