Brick work with common burnt clay (non-modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth including curing in Cement mortar 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 coarse sand) .Extra for brick work with common burnt clay bricks/cement concrete bricks in superstructure above plinth level upto floor five level

Centering and Shuttering including strutting, propping etc and removal of form work for mass concrete

Foundations, footings, bases for columns

12mm Cement plaster of mix: 1 : 6 ( 1 cement : 6 fine sand)

15mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix in 1:6 (1 cement : 6 fine sand).

Structural steel work in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete. Welded

Finishing walls with acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade on New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.67 liter/10sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20kg/10sqm)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade.Two or more coats on new work

Carriage of material from source to site of work by mechanical transport including loading/ unloading and stacking complete.

Sand for an average distance of 60 Km by M.T

Stone aggregate size below 40mm for an avg distance of 30 km by M.T

Brick for an average distance of 50 km by M.T
