PROVISION OF MODULAR WORK STATION AND PURPOSE BUILT FURNITURE FOR MODIFIED OPS CENTRE AT OTM BUILDING OF HQ CGES VISAKHAPATNAM UNDER GE (I)(CG) VIZAG

Supply and fixing of 'L' shaped work station , size 72"x60"x30"x24" with 01 No wooden cupboard of size 48"x28"x24" along with locking arrangement (1ft x 5ft), two Nos. drawers and glass cover of 08mm thickness, 04 Nos 5/16 Amp socket at appropriate place complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of consolidated wooden status rack / cupboard of size 72"x18"x30" with 02 Nos shelf and 06 Nos drawers with locking arrangement complete all as shown in drawing and specified.

Supply and fixing of file rack with 09 Nos shelves and 06 Nos drawers of size 96" x16"x96" complete all as shown in drawing and specified.

Supply and fixing of white magnetic notice board of size 4' x 3' sides, top and bottom shall be of first class hard wood teak (MP) frame 75mmx75mm in section made to shape as shown on drawing Green Baize cloth of best quality shall be fixed on 12mm thick soft board fixed on 6mm thick commercial plywood irrespective of what is shown on drawing. Front shall have two shutters open-able hinged on sides. Front frame of shutters shall have styles and rails of 45mmwide and 25mm thick teakwood. Two horizontal stiffeners 19mmx25mm in section shall be provided at equal spacing as shown on drawing.. One vertical stiffener 19mmx25mm shall be provided centrally. Glass for glazing in front shutters shall be 3mmthick fixed on shutters with 10mmx10mm.teak wood beads 75mm long hinges, two to each shutter shall be provided as shown on drawing. 50mm long hasp and staple shall be provided in the center. 40mmx 25mm x3mm thick key plates shall be provided all as shown on drawing. All wood surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall be French polished with high gloss finish. Steel and iron surfaces shall be given two coats of enamel paint over a coat of primer.

Supply and fixing of key storage board for 20 Nos keys of size 2' x 1.5' with key chain. Box shall have teak wood (MP) frame of 50mmx25mm in section fixed over 12mm thick teak wood planks of 330mmwide and 570mm high Mefal hooks for hanging keys shall be provided all as shown on drawing. Glass cover shutter hinged on sides with 50mm hinge, two in numbers, shall be provided : Frame of shutter shall be made out of 30mmx25mm teak wood. 3min thick glass shall be fixed on shutter with 12mmx12mm teak wood bead Aluminium hasp and staple 50mm long shall be provided for locking purposes. All wood surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall be French polished with high gloss finish.
