PART-A Maintenance of split / Window Air conditioners and water coolers installed at various location viz GJH, S.G. Puram, SSRKM Sports complex, CISF Complex, & Chinnamushidiwada dispensary as detailed in the Annexure –“A” duly attending the monthly Servicing and also attending the breakdown calls as and when required including repairing / rewinding / replacing the required electrical/electronic defective spares such as thermostats, capillaries, capacitors, Electronic PCBs, fan Motors and leak testing, Gas charging etc. the scope of work as per the Annexure ‘B’ by engaging one no A.C Mechanics and two nos helpers on all working days from 0800 hrs to 1700 Hrs. excluding Sundays as directed by Engineer- in – Charge.
