Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+0.05%), total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer-in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling/self tapping screws of size (5.5x55mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

Design, Supply, Fabrication and Erection of Trashrack using various size steel sections etc., straightening, cutting, fabricating and hoisting including applying one coat of iron primer and painting with epoxy paint two coats, etc. complete as per drawings and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing air vent pipes of specified dia etc. at the downstream of intake gates including all labour charges, transporting chages, painting etc. complete as per drawings and as directed by departmental officers.

Design, fabrication, supply and erection of both mechanically and electrically operated hoist mechanism fitted over structural steel hoist plat form including wire ropes, motors, reduction geares of all types, shafting drums, breakes, dogging device, wiring, push button stations, indicators, other controlls, pressure switches and all other accessories and associated embedded parts etc complete including sheaves, pulleys for wire ropes, covers, bolts, nuts including chequered plates, cross girders etc including all costs for handling, transportation, their shop/field assembly, testing and paintng with two coats of enamel paint over priming coat as per drawings and as directed by departmental officers.

Design, furnishing all materials, fabrication and construction of Coffer dam for an area of approximately 50m length and 16 m height at intake portion including all materials, labour, hire charges etc. complete as per approved drawings and directions of Engineer in charge including demolition of the structure after completion of required purpose for a period not less than one year. Supply and Fabrication of steel liners at erection site using steel plates conforming to IS2002 Grade 2 or its equivalent specifications, including cost of steel, electrodes, welding flux and accessories, carrying out stress relieving and all tests other than those for which separate items are included, providing grout holes ,shot/sand blasting and protective coating for inside two coats of Zinc rich primer and two coats of coal tar epoxy paint, for outside one coat of zinc rich primer followed by cement wash having a composition of cement, water and pottassium dichromate in 20:8:1 ratio first coat at workshop, insurance charges, all labour charges, transportation charges etc. complete as per specifications, approved drawings and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supply and Fabrication of flanges, bends, expanders, reducers, Y piece, specials with grout holes etc by using steel plates conforming to IS2002 Grade 2 or its equivalent specifications, including cost of steel, electrodes, welding flux and accessories, carrying out stress relieving and all tests other than those for which separate items are included, sand blasting and protective coating for inside two coats of Zinc rich primer and two coats of coal tar epoxy paint, for outside one coat of zinc rich primer followed by cement wash having a composition of cement, water and pottassium dichromate in 20:8:1 ratio first coat at workshop, insurance charges, all labour charges, transportation charges etc. complete as per specifications, approved drawings and as directed by the departmental officers.

Erection and installation of steel liners and specials etc. including conveyance to the haulage position over the substructure anchors, placing in position, assembling, welding, followed by second coat of cement wash having a composition of cement, water and pottassium dichromate in 20:8:1 ratio, etc. complete as per specifications and approved drawings including all labour charges, transportation charges, equipments, final protective coating, insurance charges etc. complete as directed by the departmental officers.

Carrying out Ultrasonic testing of weld joints as per relevant specifications in ASME including labour, scaffolding , Lubricants, food accomodation , transportation ,hire charges of equipment etc in all respectincluding all overheads etc.

Finishing with Zinc rich priming coat including preparation of surface, etc. complete.On steel work (two coat)

Painting old iron surface with coal tar epoxy paint of approved quality and colour two coats after smoothening with sand paper and cleaning the surface, including cost and conveyance of all materials , labour charges etc.complete.

Cement wash having a composition of cement, water and pottassium dichromate in 20:8:1 ratio over one coat of already applied zinc rich primer for protective coating of outer periphery of steel liners including cost of all material, labour, transportation charges, other incidental charges, etc. complete as per specifications, and as directed by the departmental officers.

Fabrication of steel liners at erection site using steel plates, including cost of electrodes, welding flux and accessories, carrying out stress relieving and all tests other than those for which separate items are included, providing grout holes ,shot/sand blasting and protective coating for inside two coats of Zinc rich primer and two coats of coal tar epoxy paint, for outside one coat of zinc rich primer followed by cement wash having a composition of cement, water and pottassium dichromate in 20:8:1 ratio first coat at workshop, insurance charges, all labour charges, transportation charges etc. complete as per specifications, approved drawings but excluding cost of steel plates, charges for cutting & edge preperation, bending and rolling charges etc.and as directed by the departmental officers.

Cleaning of exposed steel surface including loose and foreign material by sand blasting with coarse sand followed by and including cleaning with oil free air blast as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Welding by gas or electric plant including transportation of plant at site etc.complete.

Cleaning the surface of steel liners, flanges, bends, expanders, reducers, Y piece, specials etc. from rust, loose and foreign material etc. to give it a total rust free steel surface at all locations as directed by Engineer - in - Charge including inside of tunnel by using alkaline chemical rust remover of approved make with paint brush and removing loose particles after 24 hours of its application with wire brush and thoroughly washing with water and allowing it to dry,including cost of all materials, labour etc. complete as per specification and direction of Engineer-In-Charge

Applying priming coat (Second coat) of zinc rich primer for steel liners flanges, bends, expanders, reducers, Y piece, specials etc. at all locations as directed by Engineer - in - Charge including inside of tunnel, prepared and applied as per manufacturer's specifications including cost of all materials, labour, preparation of surface, etc. complete as per specification and direction of Engineer - in - Charge

Supplying and stacking 20mm /12mm/10mm/6mm stone aggregate for concrete including all cost and conveyance of materials, labour charges for loading, unloading and stacking etc as per the direction of departmental officers.

Modified Penetration Macadam 75 mm thick using Bitumen S-65 - Packed Bitumen Rates Construction of penetration macadam over prepared base by providing a layer of compacted crushed coarse aggregate using chips spreader with alternate applications of bituminous binder and key aggregates and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller to achieve the desired degree of compaction as per Technical Specification Clause 506.,including supplying and stacking of materials.

Construction of Subgrade and Earthen Shoulders Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of Table 300.2 with lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 303.1.

Design, furnishing all materials, fabrication, supply and erection of stop log gate units to suit all the three identital gate openings provided at the draft tube ends of the Power House of clear size 6.6mx3.5m with all necessary fixtures in the gate units for their lifting and lowering operations, free movement within the gate grooves and water sealing etc. including all costs for handling and transportation of the gate units and fixutres including metal claddings, water seals etc complete and their shop/field assembly , testing and painting with two coats of epoxy paint over priming coat, greasing etc complete as per drawings and as directed by departmental officers.

Design, furnishing all materials, fabrication, supply and erection of stop log gate groove fixture (including parts to be embedded in conrete) for the gate openings at the draft tube ends of the Power House of clear size 6.6 mx3.5 m for the free movement of the stop log gate units within the gate grooves and for water sealing etc. including all costs for handling and transportation of the fixutres and their shop/field assembly, testing and painting with two coats of epoxy paint over priming coat, greasing etc complete as per drawings and as directed by departmental officers.

Design, fabrication/assembly , supply and erection of one set of movable hoisting mechanism (manually operated) comprising of suitable capacity lifting beam with automatic latches and Trolley mounted manually operated winch with all accessories and Rail Track with required size rails and fixtures and embedded parts for the movement of the hoisiting mechanism over the tail race deck, all the above to be assembled for installation at the Power House tailrace deck for the common use for the stop log gate operations at all three gate slot locaitons at the draft tube ends of the Power House including all costs for handling and transportation, shop/field assembly and testing and painting with synthetic enamel paint two coats over priming coat etc complete as per specifications, drawings and as directed by departmental officers.
