Removing unserviceable ply wood & Supplying and fixing new 3mm thick plywood one side teak veneered on both sides of head rest with 4mm thick teak wood beading as per existing and polished with French polish complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Removing unserviceable veenered sheet & Supplying and fixing new 3mm thick plywood one side teak veneered on both sides of foot rest with 4mm thick teak wood beading as per existing and polished with French polish complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Removing broken long rail from the bed hard & Supplying and fixing for new Second class hard wood long rail of size 1980x90x35mm as per existing pattern and polished with French polish complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Removing broken legs & Supplying and fixing for new legs of Second class hard wood of size 600x600x40mm as per existing pattern and polished with French polish complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Removing the unserviceable plywood top & Supplying and fixing with new top of size 1900x850 and 12mm thick BWR Grade complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

TEAPOY 600X450X540mm SIZE :- Removing the following U/S components of teapoy 600x450x540mm size and providing new components of size and shape shownon drg including fixing hard rubber shoes, wooden brackets, complete French polishing etc all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge..

Removing unserviceable table top of size 600x450mm & Supplying and fixing new table top, pre laminated particle board, one side decorative laminated and other side plain, 18 mm thick, exterior grade with 4 mm thick Teak wood beading duly French polished complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Taking out existing unserviceable legs of size 520x60x30mm & Supplying and fixing new legs as per existing pattern of Second class hard wood and polished with French polish complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Removing unserviceable short side rails of teapoy & Supplying and fixing new short side rails of size 430x50x20mm,as per existing pattern of Second class hard wood duly french polished complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Removing unserviceable long side rails of teapoy & Supplying and fixing new long side rails of size 580x50x20mm,as per existing pattern of Second class hard wood duly french polished complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

SIDE BOARD :- Dismantling of the following U/S components of side board and providing new components as specified and shown on drg :-FD-281

Replacement of doors with 18/19mm pre-laminated particle board exterior grade on one side with natural teak wood veneer on one side including butt hinges and knobs complete.

Drawer from table replaced with pre-laminated particle board on one side 18mm thick with teak wood edging 4mm thick all as directed.

Bottom of drawer made out of 6mm thick ply wood comaricle and fitted in drawer frame

Side rail of drawer made out of Ist class H/W

Knobs chromium plated 35mm with bolt and nut

Back of side board with 6mm thick ply wood commerical as specified in drg

M&L for Scrapping of old polish and dirt from the surfaces of following wooden furniture , preparation of surfaces using sand paper and applying touch wood polish in required coats to give glossy finish etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
