Hiring of Agency for providing/ installation of Tentage, Furniture & Fabrication of Stalls, State Light and Sound System for organizing 1st Hisar Utsav at Flamingo, Hisar. Food Court

Water Proof Pagoda of size 10’-0” x 10’-0” (with led lights & 2 Pedestal Fan for each stall) with 3 tables, table top with frill, 2 chairs with cover, Border & Complete Green Carpet (Colour scheme will be as per HTC design). The tent shall have sufficient basic lighting and partition is to be provided as/site requirement.

Banquet Chairs with Covers.

P/F Ceiling in front of Food Stall of size 20’-0”x10’-0” decorated with Rajasthani colour cloth (orange, yellow, Red, Green & Maroon) as/approved colour scheme. It shall be erected on MS Column 1’-0”x1’-0” and horizontal beams 1’-0”x1’-0” provided with required lights as approved.

Truss Gazebo (in food court area) P/F Truss Gazebo 12’-0”x12’-0” decorated with Rajasthani colour fabric (orange, yellow, Red, Green & Maroon) as/approved colour scheme. Truss Gazebo shall be erected on MS Column 1’-0”x1’-0” and horizontal beams 1’-0”x1’-0” provided with required lights as approved and shall be carpeted.

Rajasthani colour fabric (orange, yellow, Red, Green & Maroon) ceiling over the central area of food court of size:- 80’-0”x80’-0” by providing central pole and required frame work.

CRAFT BAZAR

P/fixing Waterproof Pagoda 10'x10' (with led light and Pedestal Fan one each in all stalls.) with 2 tables, table top with frill, 2 chairs with cover, Border. Colour scheme will be as per HTC design, shall be carpeted with sufficient basic lighting.

P/F temporary stage in front of existing stage of size:45’-0”x8’-0” with carpeting & masking. (height to match with existing stage height)

GENERATOR Rent for Providing Digital meter DG alongwith operators, diesel, changeover switch including main line with requisite length (100 mtrs and 70 MM Four Core Cable in case of 125 KVA) and Capacity of cable and Main and Sub-Main wiring with proper panel board (Kitkat & MCCB) of the following capacity ( As per NGT guidelines) for complete Mela. Time Duration from 10:30 AM to 9:30 PM
