Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not other specifically provided for etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L hard core of guage not exc. 63mm deposited spread and levelled in layers not exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface using broken stone or boulders complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100mm thick Cement concrete type D-2, (1:4:8) using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base for path/flooring complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 40 mm thick plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5mm graded aggregate as in floor including finishing top cement concrete surface even & smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

M&L for 38 mm thick glass dividing strips of 38 mm width inserted in position complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Jodhpur stone of 75mm thick, having smooth surfaces use in any type of work with sharpe edge and flush jointed in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Jodhpur stone of roughly squared lime/sand stone of 75mm thick, all surfaces hammer dressed so that the maximum depression from a straight edge held against the dressed surfaces shall not exceed 20mm jointed in CM (1:6) and struck flush as in plinth protection complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25 mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing including screed bed and bedding layer of mortar 20 mm thick in CM (1:4) for laying floor finishes size complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate ) as in floor finishes and leveling course complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation etc) or insulation boards / slabs / blankets any thickness including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 5mm thick PVC sheet fillet of width 35mm for wall paneling inclusve of fixing on to wall to make PVC frame as per specification and drawing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F solid PVC wall lining consisting of 5mm thick plain colour PVC sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site on PVC frame as per specifications complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but n.exc 0.11 sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match with and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic tiles 450x300x7mm/350x250x7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to the match tiles on vertical surface over and including 10mm thick plaster in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for vitrified ceramic tiles light shade 10mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick cement screed bed in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 17.00 (here-in-before) above but as in skirting over 10mm thick backing coat in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles laid dry or laid dry & pointed of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Labour only for relay of Machine pressed precast conctete interlocking paver block with grey cement & pigment any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade complete all as specified and directed.

Labour only for relay of Machine pressed precast conctete interlocking paver block with grey cement & pigment any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness, M-40 Grade complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand filling under floors or in foundation complete all as specified and directed

M&L for filleting of section in repair exc 25 sq cm but not exc 50 sq cm, in any position and to any shape in cement mortar (1:4) including excavation and earth work and all mitres, stops, etc complete all as specified and directed.
