Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq.meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

With cement mortar 1:4 (1cement: 4 coarse sand)

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

Cleaning of main drain of width upto1.25 m and depth upto 1.20 m of E10-B staff quarter and TE compound along the compound wall starting from the back side of T-II quarter building and up to the exit point from the campus at the back side of HT/LT panel room in TE compound i/c removing the RCC drain covers with their frames , all store materials,rubbish etc dumped over the drain covers and removal of chokage by taking out soil, silt, sludge, garbage,rubbish etc. as per direction of E-in-Charge.

Cleaning of subsidiary open surface drains along the periphery of the staff quarter buildings ( all 4 blocks) of E10-B staf quarter compound i/c removal of chokage by taking out soil, silt, sludge, garbage etc. and disposal of the same upto 50 metre lead as per direction of E-in-Charge.

Dismantling of damaged hoarding structure in front of Staff quarter T-III/B building at E10-B staff quarter compound and shifting of the dismantled steel structure to store area behind E10-B TE building all complete as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Removing the fallen tree over the tilted boundary wall at the back side of E10-B staff quarter compound by cutting into pieces of convenient size, clearing the neighbouring building over which the branch has fallen, the road in between and shifting the same to vacant spare space in the campus within 50 m lead, as per direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Clearing jungle, rubbish,dumped store materials etc from the area behind the damaged portion of compound wall up to the internal compound wall behind E10-B staff quarter campus ( Area approx 20m x 5m) and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared.
